Called Cathedral Plumbing Thursday evening about a leak at the kitchen sink. They scheduled me for service the next morning between 8-10 and sure enough they called and said the service man would be out first thing and he arrived around 8:30. The technicians name is Brandon Harrison and he was very polite, personable, friendly and knowledgeable. He took care of the problem (which was minor) and waited to make sure there were no other problems. I highly recommend Cathedral Plumbing to everyone in their service area.

We called Cathedral Plumbing due to a water leak and they immediately responded. Brandon Harrison came to our home within an hour after our call on a Saturday! He found where the link was coming from our upstairs shower and fixed the issue.

He was very knowledgeable and profesional the whole time while trying to determine where we had a water leak.

My experience with Cathedral Plumbing was great! Brandon Harrison came out late in the evening due to a clog in our main sewage pipe. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the possible causes and early signs of detection. He exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend.

Terrible shower base installation. The shower base they installed for my new built in 2020 creaked so I called for warranty. They insisted the creaking was normal. I didn't know better so I believed that. The creaking gets worse over time as it get louder and I can feel it vibrate when it creaks. They still insist creaking is normal? I don't think a reputable company would say creaking shower base is normal.

Updating my review after we had master plumber Brandon Harrison come out and fix our shower drain seal. He was really easy to work with and very informative of the situation.

Brandon with Cathedral Plumbing did an excellent job installing a new water heater. He was very professional, courteous, and respectful in all of his interactions with myself and my family. He thoroughly explained how everything worked and even triple checked to make sure the job was complete and that everything was working well. Enjoyed being cut off by one of their trucks this morning then being sarcastically waved at by the driver after I honked at him to let him know he cut me off. It usually does no good to call and complain about drivers, so I’ll just leave my complaint here.

Brandon just fixed a leak for me that many could not locate. He was very professional and patient. He was also very kind and kept me up to speed along the way. I would positively recommend him.

One of their drivers was cutting people off and tailgating people in the company van easily going 90 to 100 mph

I got a call from Cathedral Plumbing today telling me that they will be there this morning. Brandon and Todd arrived on time to the house to see why our gas stove had weak flame. They were very professional and friendly and spent time to explain their findings to us and answered all our questions. They were incredibly transparent and honest about our options and in the end told us it may be our stove appliance because there was nothing wrong with gas pipes, to my surprise charged us nothing after all that work!! We will always use Cathedral Plumbing from now on and strongly recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs.

We had a non-emergency issue with one of the faucets in the master bath, it had developed a drip. We called Cathedral who does the warranty work for our home even though the builder warranty had expired a few months earlier. Charles and an apprentice arrived - on time - and diagnosed the issue quickly. Even though the home warranty had expired they explained to us that the hardware itself has a lifetime mfr warranty and I could save the money on parts by calling the manufacturer. Since this was not an emergency, and we have a dual vanity anyways, we opted to save the money (we just left the water off to that faucet). After they left I got a call from Amanda with Cathederal customer service who provided me with the model, part #, and phone # of the manufacturer. She said as soon as the parts come in call me back at my extension and I will get someone scheduled to come and install the parts. After the parts arrived Brandon (service plumber) came over to install the parts. He was also right on time and had the parts installed and the sink back to working order.
This is a long post but I had interaction with 4 employees and they all were Professional, Courteous, Knowledgeable, and Prompt. We really appreciated them letting us know about the lifetime warranty and giving us the option to save on the cost of parts. We also like that they arrived both times in clearly marked vehicles and presented us with business cards with their names. Both times they were respectful of our home by putting on shoe covers and cleaning up the work area before they left.
We will definitely be using Cathedral and recommending them for all the reasons above.

After our local utility company turned off our gas due to a leak, I phoned Cathedral plumbing in the middle of our Texas snowstorm and Nicole answered. She was cheerful and took down my information. She asked for my address and let me know someone would show up in an hour. I was blown away how nice she was during all of the chaos. The plumber Brandon Harris showed up again I was blown away due to our weather conditions. He listened to the information and was determined to find our gas leak. He was digging in frozen ground and found the leak! I was so grateful that we were able to at least confirm we had a leak. He was professional and did everything he could to keep smiling despite the circumstance. The cathedral team scheduled my fix and was prompt and worked closely and covered every detail to get my gas turned back on. They answered every question that I have being that I was nervous and cold during this whole process. I can't say enough about this team their attention to detail, professionalism, caring attitude and their ability to care about people. I am thankful for their service and attitude.

Brandon Harrison came to our home twice in one day. First, early in the afternoon Brandon installed our faucet and disposal. He was very courteous, professional and honest. We really liked him. Later that evening we experienced a sewage backup and to our surprise Brandon was the plumber on call. We were happy to see him because we had such a good experience earlier in the day. He took care of the issue quickly and provided us a detailed explanation of the problem. Thank you Brandon for being such a professional.

I had a warranty call serviced by Cathedral Plumbing and after going through a few other issues with our new home. It was nice to have our service tech Cody come through and take care of what needed to be fixed. He answered my questions, was very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Called in with a tankless water heater issue on Sunday morning at 10:30am, Jessica and Brandon went way above beyond in customer service and professionalism. I want to thank both of them for having hot water back up and running by 1:30pm that same Sunday. Their service and tenacity was top notch. Thank you guys so much. There still are companies and people with fantastic customer service and Cathedral Plumbing is one of the best.
