Because of time constraints in the remodel of our bathroom, we had to have a plumber in a certain window of time to complete the plumbing portion of the repair. Byron responded immediately to our phone call and was here during our timeframe. He was upfront with pricing and what would be needed. He explained any nuances and communicated with the other contractors working on the remodel. We will definitely use Byron again - in fact, we've already given him a heads up on some future work!

Discovered a gas leak on a Saturday, after Gas company shut my gas, called Signature plumbing and got a response and a quote on same day. Byron installed a new line in couple days. He was prompt and answered all my questions and got the work done. Exceeded my expectations and left me with a very pleasant experience.

Great experienced team.. Byron gave an estimate for several items at my house. Clearing a slow drain, replacing a tub valve/fixture and fixing a valve stem. Went to work right away. There was minimal idle time and they made sure to do a thorough job. They also wiped down and cleaned all the work areas, which was much appreciated. I'd use them again.

I used Signature Plumbing because he got great reviews from our neighborhood association. Our hot water heater went out and he was here the next day putting one in for us. Great service and very personable.

Byron did a fantastic job! He came out the same day we called to start working on our problem. He explained exactly what he was going to be doing and how much it was going to cost before he started working. He also took great care to keep the interior of our home clean.

This company is awesome. After moving into my new home, it was discovered there was a N. gas leak. I talked to 3 different Dallas plumbing companies, 2 as seen on TV. Signature went out of their way to get me my estimate quickly and they were the lowest bid I received. The work was completed on time and with quality workmanship, I have had a few minor plumbing issues since then. which they repaired. I now consider them my personal plumber. I give them a key to my house, they fix the issue, and leave. Its nice trusting them so I don't have to take time off from work to have repairs completed.

Byron Nuese and Signature Plumbing saved my life! I had to have a new gas line run from the alley to my house. My house was built in the 1940's so Byron's job was not easy. He is a master plumber who knows what he is doing and bids a fair price. He and his crew communicated well with us, showed up on time, and left everything back in order. Byron also did an excellent job of coordinating with Atmos Energy and city inspectors so that we could get our gas back on right away. I say he saved my life because of course I had procrastinated about hiring a plumber ( having received bids about2 months earlier); and when Atmos knocked on my door on Friday and said the new alley main line was going in on Tuesday, was I ready? I called Byron on that Friday and he was there on Monday, ready to go and I didn't have to have to take a cold shower on Wednesday like I deserved. Signature Plumbing has been our plumber for over a decade. They are fantastic and really know plumbing. They dug up the main drain in our front yard to cut out the tree root that was blocking it and repaired it perfectly, cutting the root away and replacing the section of drain. They have replaced bathroom faucets, put in a new kitchen sink, seated bath tubs, replaced toilets as part of various projects through the years. They do a very thorough job, e.g., when replacing the faucet, they replace all the plumbing "to the wall." They are professional and responsive. I recommend Signature Plumbing highly!

We had a plumbing stoppage and tried going through our home warranty company. After 3 days of waiting to hear back from one of their approved contractors, we decided to pay out of pocket and call someone ourselves. I called Byron at Signature Plumbing Company at 1:00 and he was at my house by 2:45. He fixed the problem within in minutes. He was very friendly, honest and professional. I would refer him to anyone that needs plumbing services. He will be the first person we call from now on with any plumbing issues we have. We are so relieved to have found someone in the area we can trust who does honest work and is quick to respond to our needs.

Byron was very professional and knowledgeable about the slab leak we had under our house. He was meticulous about locating the leak. He had several options to fix it and was very helpful in helping me decide what to do. Once we had a plan, they guys showed up on time and got to work. Byron got the leaks fixed by late afternoon and the other workers came back the next day to put the dirt back under the house. They were very careful to minimize any damage to the landscaping and did a great job of cleaning the area once they were finished.

SO glad we found these guys. The main water line to our house was flooding our yard. We looked on Google, not sure who to trust, and called Mr. Byron based on the 18 5-star reviews. He was at our place within two hours of our call, and had it fixed within about an hour. He was super fast and professional, and we'll definitely use him again. We had an issue related to the AC drainage pipes. The pipes would clog up, slow the drainage, which would shut off the AC as it waited for the water for drain. A few other people we talked to suggested installing new pipes for $5k. A few others tried cleaning the pipes, but none were successful. Byron was able to fix this issue for less than $500. I’ve since called him back for other issues and he’s fixed them for a reasonable price.

Byron was great. He responded very quickly when my water heater went out and was able to get a new one installed without any issues. I would definitely recommend Signature Plumbing.

I contacted signature plumbing yesterday and Mr. Byron called me back in less than 30 minutes. He showed up today promptly as promised and replaced a main water valve in my front flower box. He did it quickly and with a fair price. I highly recommend him.

I can't believe we finally found a plumber that I trust, who is responsible, prompt and courteous, does great work, and as inexpensive as you can hope for plumbing. This is our go-to plumbing company! We developed a leak in a pipe in our foundation in 2021. We had relied on Byron/Signature for smaller plumbing needs (e.g., replace a toilet). Byron made time right away come out, confirm a leak, and estimate the repair. He and Dylan did great work; when we found another leak in another part of the house, we immediately called Signature again. Same prompt, courteous service, and he worked with us to find an alternate routing for the plumbing repair to avoid the need to break into the foundation again. He even took home a wooden clock he'd accidently knocked into and fixed the piece that had broken off. I highly recommend this company
