We recently had a full pipe replacement done, along with a slab leak repair and new laundry valves/ box and I can honestly say I’m so glad we chose this company. I was a little hesitant at first going with a smaller business, but that quickly went away once the work started.

Wade, Junior, Calvin, and the digging crew, were all incredible to work with. They were knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain every step of the process. I asked what felt like a hundred questions, and they never once made me feel like a bother. They were patient, honest, and very transparent throughout.

What really stood out to me was the pride they take in their work. You can tell they genuinely care about doing the job right, not just getting it done. The quality of work reflects that. Junior and Calvin were still working until almost 9pm one evening to fix another issue they found along the way.

They also provide
a 10-year transferable warranty, which gave us even more confidence in our decision.

Upgrading from old cast iron is a painful expense but their pricing was reasonable compared to competitors, and the level of service and communication exceeded our expectations. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work, especially if you’re considering a smaller, more personal company.

Wade is a great plumber! He is extremely nice and knowledgeable. He not only fixed our shower in the primary bathroom, but I also had him look at our guest bathroom toilet, which needed an adjustment. Both issues were resolved in an hour. Would highly recommend.

Wade Benson, owner of PACT Plumbing and his crew are second to none! Not only did they replace my neighbors broken water line, but had her water back on by the end of the day! With Wade's Master Plumber status, he was able to educate us in the plastic water lines that plumbers use to use for main water line services that run from water meter to your home tend to, thru time, become faulty and can't with stand the freeze we occasionally get in our area. So my wife and I decided, why should we wait till ours burst! My wife and I (being proactive) had Wade and his crew back the next day and replaced our main water line. And it gets better! They were able to pull in the new PEX pipe line without even digging up our lawn! You'd never even know they were here!! Don't take a chance call PACT Plumbing.
