Very Knowledgable and honest plumbing company. I called them out due to an active leak coming from plumbing on the second floor. I was definitely at their mercy to get it resolved as soon as possible. They could have overcharged me if they wanted and I wouldnt have had much choice, but they didn't, they were fully transparent with the issue they identified, quickly resolved it for me and it was probably the best interaction I have had with any repair related service. Honesty is so difficult to find these days and I am thoroughly impressed, I will recommend these guys every chance I get.

We learned we had a gas leak and I called our regular plumbing company to assess the situation. They came back with a quote that was sky high and the repair involved digging an 18ft long trench along the side of our house - they claimed it was impossible to find a leak and the best solution was to replace the whole main line from the meter. He also took care of all city permits, scheduled the city inspection, and met the inspector at the house to complete the process, and then worked with Atmos to get our gas turned back on. Called signature plumbing from the recommendation of the neighbors on Nextdoor for a broken faucet in our master bathtub. He was at our house for less than 30 minutes and charged $279 for everything. We looked up the part that he replaced and it was less than $20. It was mostly our fault for not asking how much it would be for labor to replace the part but it just seem unreasonable priced for 30 minutes of work.

Byron met with the city to review the blockage, completed the repairs quickly, and followed up with the city for inspections to ensure everything was working properly.
