My water heater started leaking on Sunday. I called for an appointment Monday morning and made one for Tuesday morning. Tony came out, diagnosed that my old water heater needed to be replaced. I had a new water heater within 3 hours of stepping on my property.

Extremely great people to work with. Respectful and knowledgeable. Their communication is on point and let me know what was happening through the whole process. 10/10 would recommend!

Sam Kimball (Service manager) came out and worked his magic! He did an amazing job clearing out our drain. Excellent and honest service!

We had a unique plumbing issue in our house and Sam was able to get someone onsite within the next hour. Leo was the lead person onsite and he was very professional, efficient and thorough. I would recommend Zoom Drain as a first option for anyone with plumbing needs!

Had a clogged drain in the kitchen. Zoom was responsive, scheduled a time, agreed on price, all was set. Now the reason for 5 Stars. My wife (who never does reviews) insisted On a 5 Star review as she was home, the plumbers were highly professional, clean, efficient, and did all that was needed to make sure repairs were correct and lasting. Her saying Zoom earned 5 Stars is probably 7 stars.

Sam is a highly professional expert in plumbing and clog removal. He arrived on time and worked diligently to thoroughly fix my kitchen sink clog. Previously, I had hired a handyman for a lower price, but the problem was only temporarily resolved and kept recurring. Seeing Sam use professional-grade equipment made me realize the importance of hiring a true professional. I highly recommend his services!

It was a great experience working with Sam Kimball for my sewer drain issues. I had a very critical situation and Sam responded very quickly and reached my site within a couple of hours. He is very honest, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
