Went to buy a part at their store on Lemay and was treated very rudely. The were not friendly and treated me like I had no business even coming in the store to buy something. Save your time, go to Apex or Beeco instead of being treated terribly by these guys.

The sales person i dealt with was Not helpful & I had to ask her 3 times about every item to make sure she could do basic data entry to order my stuff.
She got everything but one item incorrect & even had to come back to store because of her mistakes.
You cannot fix incompetence!

Won’t ever shop here again.

Great staff that is very knowledgeable about the products. They were able to recognize the items I needed and got the products in my hands in a timely matter. Beautiful showroom and helpful staff in there, I think her name was Myleah. Best place in town if you are looking for plumbing and decorative needs.

This place has everything you need and for great prices. I was in a pinch needing a very specific Delta valve and handle with diverter that morning. Myleah helped me and was so friendly. She quickly located the valve and handle in exactly the style and finish I wanted. I mentioned that I was also looking for a shower head and wand so she found some great Delta pieces that were on sale which helped with the budget. I didn't even have to get out of my seat and they gave me a donut - 😊. Overall the service was friendly, fast and fair. I'll go back there for all my plumbing and hardware needs in the future!

I worked with them to order plumbing supplies and hardware for my complete kitchen remodel. I found them to be professional and helpful. Ora even packaged my hardware in a special way to make it easier for me and my installer. Would definitely recommend!

As far as plumbing supply houses go, Pittman is number one in my book. I have dealt with brian and luke mainly, those two always deliver outstanding service. As long as I am in the plumbing business I will exclusively use pittman supply. If they ain’t got it, or cant get it, then i don’t want it

I was looking for a few items and saw they were recommended by the manufacturer. I stopped by on my lunch break and was helped by a cute young guy, I think his name was Garrett, anyways his sweet charm, prompt service & knowledge about the products was amazing. Needless to say I might break my faucet to give me a reason to see him again. If everyone is as good as him you can't go wrong using Pittman.

I am a food truck and caterer. Recently worked with this company for a grand opening of a new location. They were super easy to work with and clearly take care of their clients and employees. They provided a party, food truck and giveaways. They are a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them.

Lauri worked with me to find the fixtures I needed and wanted. She knows her product and made some suggestions that were very helpful.
The showroom was wonderful. I like to see and touch things when I buy. They have a great selection. Will use them again and refer others.

I had an excellent experience with Pittman Supply Company. Adri went above and beyond to guide me through the purchasing process and ensure we had all the necessary fixtures and valves for installation. She was even kind enough to personally deliver a fixture when we were on a tight deadline!

I bought a gaskets from Pittman Supply Company. they spent a lot of times and effort helped me to get the right parts. they are so good to do what they can to help. This is a great company. This is the best customer service I never had. Mr. Messenger at Pittman is so nice and worked very hard and did everything he can to help. I would rate 6 stars to Pittman!
