The guys came in and was able to diagnose the source of the leak under the slab. However I'm dealing with the insurance on the repairs. The technician was very informative and provided several options. Great service.

This is the third different pool leak repair ALD has completed for us. They always show up on time and do an excellent job of pinpointing the leak. The tech Rob did a great job of finding and repairing the return line pipe that was cracked about two feet below the surface. The repair was completed, line re-tested and concrete surface redone. He also did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. Job well done sir!

ALD found 2 pool leaks in the return lines under the pool deck. Ryan discussed options and gave me a bid. He explained the process and Warrinty. The repair required cutting through the deck and replacing and matching the pattern on the concrete. They showed up on time and completed the job. Very professional guys with experience and equipment. They cleaned up the mess and left the pool area looking great. Once the concrete cures and the finish is applied no one will know they were here. This is the 3rd company in 5 years that has attempted to repair our pool. FINALLY I believe we were referred to a company that knows what they are doing.

My experience with American Leak Detection was amazing the process was smooth even when I had to reschedule the appointment they made me feel like everything was ok. ALD did a wonderful job isolating leaks in our slab foundation and quickly fixing them. They completed the services using an underground approach, which prevented the need for in-home repairs. They were communicative and provided detailed reports and pictures along the way! We recommend them completely!

Trevor came out to help us search for a leak in our pool. He did dye tests, searched around all the fixtures. It was very thorough. It took two turns pressurizing the plumbing system until he found the leak on one of the return pipes. He said it was hard to find, but once he found it and put the audio scope on it, it was quite clear that he had pinpointed it. Thanks for getting in a very cold pool in November! The fix is scheduled for the week after Thanksgiving and we’ll see how that goes
