My bathroom flooded overnight after a shower. I got the room dried up and woke up the next morning doing all I could to rid the issue. I searched and found Cole's plumbing. I read all the positive reviews and decided to give them a try. I called and Chad immediately answered the phone. During the brief conversation, he diagnosed the issued over the phone. Within an hour and a half, he texted that he was on his way. Once he started the job, he was done within 30mins. I must say, problem solved! Chad was very knowledgeable, professional, and nice. Everything I read in the reviews, except one, were right on. I expected a $1k quote, but no, his service was very reasonable! I will definitely vouch for this company and have him on speed dial! I had an awesome experience and learned a lot!

I had a wonderful experience with Cole Plumbing The Colony, Texas. I worked with Plumber Chad, who has been to my house to fix numerous plumbing issues I had two new faucets installed in the kitchen. I’ve had a new commode put in our guest bedroom. I’ve had some clogged drains that he fixed today Cole Plumbing provided excellent technical service as well as very punctual and explained in detail my issues and solutions. I highly recommend!

Cole's Plumbing to the rescue! We had some serious drain blockage in the plumbing in front of the house over the weekend so I called them on Monday morning, Chad was at my house within two hours to fix the problem. He explained everything to me very clearly so that I understood. Their pricing is very reasonable and the work was outstanding! Their response time was and always has been amazing.

Ican’t recommend Chad highly enough! Our hot water heater failed the day before a major ice storm was forecast, and we were panicked about being without hot water in freezing temperatures. I called late in the afternoon expecting to wait days, but Chad squeezed us in the same day. He arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem fast, and replaced the entire unit efficiently and professionally. Chad was courteous, worked cleanly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Thanks to him, we had hot water through the entire storm and never had to worry. Outstanding service when we needed it most—Chad is a true lifesaver!
