Called Cole’s plumbing out on a water heater that was 12 years old and started leaking from the bottom. Chad was amazing and very professional In explaining the cause of the water heater giving out. The price to install a new water heater was very reasonable and the job was complete at that moment.
I will be calling Cole’s plumbing from here on out when and if I need to I’m the future.

I was panicking that I wouldn’t be able to find someone at such short notice. He came out the same day and fixed it quickly! Excellent service! I will be using them again!

I’m a little late writing this review but I had a busted water line this past Sunday and called 3 plumbing companies before finally getting ahold of Cole’s plumbing on the first try.
They sent out Chad right then and he was able to turn my water off and fix the busted pipe.
Chad was so so nice and had everything he needed on his truck to make those repairs.
I found my forever plumber and will be telling everyone I know just how amazing Cole’s plumbing is.

Less than one month ago a plumbing technician unclogged sinks and my shower. My shower has a french drain and the technician did not get the shower draining properly. Noah came over today and i explained what happened before and within 20 minutes Noah had the shower draining like it had when I first purchased it. Mike arrived on time. Checked out the problem on the faucet. brought in the proper replacement parts. Repair was done and ahead of time and the cost was reasonable.

They were able to get someone out on a Saturday morning. Cody was great to work with! He helped me finish up a plumbing project and did high quality work. He answered all my questions to help me understand. Reasonably priced too!

It was great experience with them when my water heater in my garage busted off a phone call and working with eight folks guided me in fixing it right away . The technician was knowledgeable and know what is needed including city inspection. Definitely would pursue and refer to someone seeking reliable repairs .

James redid plumbing for bathroom remodel. James exceed code requirements for the shower by installing water hammer arrestors. Toilet secure/doesn’t rock back and forth. Shower head pipe and bathtub pipe now stable. Our bathroom is now safe from potential water damage. James is an excellent plumber.
