Casey was very nice. He was so professional. He explained what he was going to do to fix our sink. Very knowledgeable and I can’t thank him enough for being on time and getting the work done so quickly.

Ben who came out first was great.he explained all my options very clearly that was easy to understand. He was empathetic to our predicament and the fact the I didn’t wake that morning expecting to find a broken water heater. The techs who installed the water heaters were great as well. They told it would take about 5 hours to get everything complete. They were done with everything in under 4 hours. The install was clean and professional. They explained everything to me and how it worked. Overall I was very happy with Benjman Franklin plumbing and would recommend them to anyone.

Jonatan serviced my tank less water heater today. He was thorough and professional and he is a credit to Benjamin Franklin plumbing.

Kasey was on time, courteous, & efficient. He repaired the toilet in the Master Bath which was all covered by the 7 year guarantee. The toilet seat, however, although damaged, was NOT replaced, saying it was not covered in the 7 year guarantee. The other 2 toilet seats in the other two baths, however, had been replaced several years ago during a previous service appointment. NOT KOSHER 😡 to change the guarantee during the active period…
