We had a water leak on a Friday night, we messaged Kiet, and within minutes we were speaking with him on the phone! He came out early Saturday morning, detected the leak, and fixed it very quickly! Kiet is a miracle worker, and he is extremely skilled in his profession. If you have ANY plumbing issues at all, you MUST work with Kiet!

Kiet and his colleague were nice, friendly, awesome and quick! He answered my call regarding my water heater leaking and he told me he was in the area and would come right over to give me a quote. He was at my house in 30 mins took a look at my water heater and told me I needed a new one due to how old it was and that it looks to have been leaking for awhile. The leak was so bad that the plywood was bowing and mushrooms started growing. The water heater I had was 30 years old. He then proceeded to tell me what needed to get done and provided me with a quote which I agreed on. He drained the water tank and left to get the supplies. He came back with his colleague and got straight to work. They had my water heater installed in no time. They kept the work area clean and cleaned up the water from the leak. I am so happy with the work they did!

We had a clogged kitchen sink. The communication was great and the service was amazing. He assessed the problem and repaired our sink without a hitch. We will be requesting All Go Plumbing and Rooter for any future projects and recommend them to anyone. He was very nice and friendly.

We first called All Go Plumbing in 2022 to repair a leak in our outdoor spigot. Kiet was fast, friendly and professional. He arrived within 30 minutes and repair was done in less than 15 minutes at a very competitive price.

Now in 2023, we knew ​a whole house re-pipe was needed because our galvanized steel pipes were badly corroded. Once again, the All Go Plumbing team came through with fast, professional service and strong work ethic. The entire job was done in two days. We now have good water pressure and clear water throughout the house with our new copper pipes.

My plumber is Chris. He was there on time and I really appreciate him being so thorough. I have so many cracks in the sewer lines under my foundation that he has had to come back multiple times. And he's not finished yet. I'm confident he will be able to fix everything.

Malik arrived ready to work. He asked where the restrooms were located and I showed him. Malik was very professional and patient, answering the questions I asked. He was able to run test through the cleanout and everything checked out ok. AWESOME WORK Malik, shoutout to you !

Victor and his excavation crew were amazing! They took a bad situation for a homeowner and applied professionalism, promptness and thorough communication. He took time to answer questions, ease concerns and was never bothered by it. It took a bit of time but they left things looking like they were never here. Would definitely use again.

Our situation was terrible but Jim's plumbing and Victor were amazing! they knew the issue, solved it, gave us a fair price, and repaired the issue faster then my neighbors dealing with similar issues, using other companies. We were screwed by the sellers but Jim's really made this terrible situation a little more acceptable. They are a great company!

My technician was Mr. Terry Brown. He was right in time at the early party of my appointment window. Mr. Brown was super courteous and personable. He took care of business with very little disruption... only that which was necessary for the job. Would highly recommend!!!

Cesar was very professional and very fair, didn’t charge me for the diagnostic assessments or the small toilet fix he noticed. Also quoted me fairly for other repairs and was not pushy about anything. Gave me a fair estimate of time and what it would take to complete the job vs how long we could afford to wait to get it done. Highly recommend him and will definitely be hiring for the larger jobs coming up!

Update: Second issue and they sent out Chris who diagnosed the problem, explained my options and didn’t try to upsell me or anything. Very pleased with both technicians as they explained everything and gave very affordable and honest solutions going forward. Very highly recommend them!

I had a hydrostatic test done on cast iron drain pipes. The report was very detailed with pics. While the plumber was here, I pointed out an outdoor faucet that was leaking. The plumber tightened it up and it was good. Very honest and not trying to sell extra unnecessary work. I was very impressed. I highly recommend.
