Jims Plumbing was hired to confirm house leveling from Ram Jack’s repair. Excellent service. I now have a new plumber and highly recommend giving Jims a call next time you need services.

Overall they did a good job. They had to track down a part & I had a call twice to follow up, which is the only reason I took off a star. But the job got done & I didn’t think the price was unreasonable.

UPDATE: I had them come back for an unrelated issue a week later & they didn’t charge me for the visit, which I really appreciate. Upping this to 5 stars.

Malik McLemore from Jim’s Plumbing Now, along with another plumber on his team, initially appeared professional and respectful. However, my overall experience after the service was very disappointing.
My appointment was rescheduled three times, which was very inconvenient. When the plumbers arrived, they brought toilet brands that I did not approve. I was told that I had approved the cheapest option, which was not true. I felt misled during the decision-making process.
Additionally, I was asked to leave a positive Google review in exchange for a discount, but no discount was ever provided. After expressing my concerns, the toilet brand I originally requested was eventually installed. Still, the entire experience left me feeling unsatisfied, as if something was missing in terms of honesty and professionalism.
Because of these issues, I cannot say I am happy with the service overall.

This is our second major plumbing repair with Jim’s Plumbing. After repairing a slab leak at our old home in a timely manner at a reasonable cost we called them when our “new” home had a pipe burst after freeze. Jason came all the way out to Paris, TX, found the leak and fixed it in one day. It was another major repair and again, they were courteous, fast and reasonable! They will be our go to plumber we trust for all plumbing issues.

James came to our house today and did a fantastic job installing a new faucet on the exterior of our home. It was no an easy job and he was very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and courteous during the whole process. We are extremely happy with the work he performed on our home. We will definitely be calling Mr. Jim’s plumbing again and asking for James specifically.

Cesar arrived about 20 mins earlier than the planned time, answered all my questions, and got to work right away. Was quick and efficient, even cleaned up what little mess was made. From start to finish I am extremely happy with Jim’s Plumbing. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and every one I’ve talked to at the company has been very helpful .

Had a major leak coming from brass connector on top of hot water heater that broke and flooded garage. Called Jim’s Plumbing and they quickly dispatched a technician out to make repairs quickly and timely. Even on a Sunday! Thank you guys for your help.

This company was initially sent out by ABACUS Foundation Repair following some foundation work. It was suspected I had a leak under my foundation from the initial measurement . It turned out to be two leaks in close proximity to each other both were repaired at the same time. I mentioned another issue I was having which led to a look at the water heater. It didn’t look too bad from the front, but there was a lot rust around the base. I wanted to avoid potential damage if the water heater went out so I decided to replace it. There was a special which helped with the cost. Today my new water heater was installed. Since it was damp in the pan on the old one and the condition was way worse than I realized, I feel like this was the right decision. Victor who did the work was awesome. I will call them again for sure.

Chris and his crew were amazing. Chris prioritized my needs and got the job done in a timely manner. He is so nice and respectful, and overall Jim's Plumbing Now does a fantastic job. This is the second time I have used them and they have exceeded my expectations. Customer service is easily accessible, friendly and the communication from them is 5-star. I highly recommend Jim's Plumbing Now and if you use them and are lucky enough to get Chris, you will have a seamless satisfactory experience.

Larry is amazing! He is so nice and informative. I had talked to some other companies but they were trying to make me pay an extraordinary amount of money and still didn’t know what was wrong. He came in and solved it and the cost was great and not what the other people said. I will use this company from now on! Larry is the best! He knows his stuff and works hard.

I highly recommend Jim’s Plumbing Now for any sewer and/or water line issues. I had a major sewer line issue and their team was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. From the initial inspection using camera technology, to tunneling under the house, to locating the issue and the final repair, Chris, explained every step along the way. The team was on time, they worked very efficiently and were very careful to minimize the disruption to my yard.. The price was fair and there were no last-minute unexpected fees. If you need sewer and/or water line work done right, call Jim’s Plumbing Now. Be sure to ask for Chris, who did an outstanding job!!! Thanks Chris!

After foundation repair I Called Jim’s plumbing for a hydrostatic test and confirm if I had any leaks beneath the foundation , so they got me on the schedule asap and sent out an excavation crew next day .the next day I call Jim’s plumbing they sent Victor and Steve to do an amazing job fixing all plumbing under the foundation ,very meticulous, great communication and easy to talk . 100% satisfied with his work and professionalism

Great job. James came to the job early and stayed late in order to have the job completed before the predicted ice storm. I found the price reasonable. The area was pristine when completed and he spent time explaining the vagaries of the water heater in detail. James was pleasant and professional and I will certainly call Jim’s Plumbing for any further plumbing needs for my home or my rental units.

I had a great experience with Jim’s Plumbing. The service number staff had excellent communication and made scheduling easy from start to finish. The technician, Malik, was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the problem I was having. He did a great job addressing my concerns and making sure everything was handled properly. I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend Jim’s Plumbing.

UPDATE: I called Jim’s Plumbing to do some more work for me. I needed a new water heater and some work done on my outside hose bibs. Review following: I had a great experience with Jim’s Plumbing. The contractor, Malik, was very knowledgeable about his duties and was able to problem-solve with ease. He was communicative throughout the process and very pleasant to speak with. Overall, he did an outstanding job, and I would highly recommend Jim’s Plumbing. Old pics versus new water heater.

Marshall did a great job installing a kitchen faucet.

I was very impressed with the service received. They were very professional and got my new hot water heater hooked up as quick as they could.

Ben looked at the problem, knew right off hand how to fix it, and accomplished the task in a minimum amount of time. Very professional, courteous, and friendly. Great service!!

Update: spoke with a the supervisor of customer care who didn’t condone the approach but did confirm pricing. She was understanding and kind. Word to the wise Buy The Part Yourself if you can.

Dishonest/Highway Robbery.
Prior to this I have had positive experiences with Collins up until yesterday. I requested service to change my garbage disposal (exact model prices at $119 at Home Depot) and was aware of hourly rate ($120). The replacement took 45 mins tops and the tech was very nice. I was expecting a bill around $250 allowing room for fluff charges. I was astonished when the bill was $394! I informed the tech that’s impossible and asked to see the receipt for the purchase of the garbage disposal. He gives some excuses “about not controlling charges” and “the price they pay is not the price I receive.” I contest knowing for damn sure they didn’t pay $270 bucks meaning the mark up to me was astronomical. He next quotes me $370 bringing down the disposal cost but increasing the travel charge from $12 to $60. So we went back and forth over that increase. In the end the charge was brought down to $324 which was still ridiculous. Check your bill and ask questions. Horrible experience.

Fasting actor vendor that I partner with! Put in work order and they were at our location within 2 hours in Tyler, TX and they come out of Dallas! Great work and fair prices. Thank you Jason Worley, Billy Haney & David Chase for the work on our water heaters and recirc lines installed.
