This Company was assigned by American Home Shield to come access a leaking toilet. The so called Tech came out and said he has to physically see water coming from the toilet to do any work. Mind you there was a puddle on the floor, the sound of a running toilet, and black mold had begun to grow. But he has to physically see water coming out??? So now I’m out 100.00 dollars and had to buy a toilet, and replace the old one out of pocket. When the new company replaced the toilet…they had to clean human waste from around the wax seal. I feel like Sirius should pay for the new toilet, the install, and refund me 100.00. Just UTTERLY USELESS, and UNSERIOUS plumbing company. AVOID THEM IF YOU CAN

I used Sirius Plumbing and Cooling for the first time today. I had a leak under my sink over the long holiday weekend. I asked friends for recommendations and Sirius came highly recommended. They responded quickly to me and I was told they could get someone out today. Travis called me and said he was heading over. Travis was polite, knowledgeable and so friendly. He looked at the damage, gave me a game plan and the cost. I am so impressed with this business and their employees!! I highly recommend!!

The women that answered the phones and arranged for my service call were very polite and helpful. My service man came within the 30 minutes that was expected. He was knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly. And he did not leave a mess. I was extremely pleased with this company and have no hesitation in recommending it.

I don't usually do reviews but I was so pleased with the results of the tank-less water heater that Sirius Plumbing i just need to let everyone know. A company is only as good as their employees. Randal did a great job of understanding what it would take to swap our tanked heater to a tankless. We had 4 other estimates and they either did not mention the need for upgrading our natural gas lines or the wanted to charge for replacing the gas line from the meter to the heater ($$$$).

The installation did not go as planned but we had been educated by Randel on what some of the deviations might happen. Victor and Mason who actually did the install, were in lock step with what Randal had estimated. We has some issues with leaks in our gas line Victor explained each option and gave us plenty of information to make an educated decision.

In the end, the tankless heater was installed a working perfectly. It was very obvious that Sirius Plumbing has extensive experience in installing tankless water heaters in established neighborhoods. We will be calling on them to take over the maintenance of our HVAC system and other plumbing needs.

Matty did an amazing job. He's knowledgeable, prompt, and skilled. He made sure to call and get the details of my issue, arrived at the set time, and fixed the problem. Thanks for a job well done.

I would NOT recommend. All they care about is money. I didn’t have a choice in getting them as contractors through American Home Shield, but they charge and OVER charge for every single thing.

We got them for water heater issues, and AHS covers $1472. They charged every single box they could because they can and then still tried to have us pay out of pocket to get things up to “code”. We have a drain pan that they wanted to charge us for. An expansion tank that we already have, they charged us for that, new water lines (that the plumber himself said was okay to reuse since they were only a couple months old). They were charging $102 for disposal of the water heater, which if anyone reading this review lives in Carrollton (where Sirius is based out of) knows that bulk trash would pick ip weekly and already paid for.

They told AHS we needed all of these repaired so they can get their money and some. They were charging over $2000 for them to repair the water heater with the AHS coverage and out of pocket charge.

After we got a cash in lieu offer, Jesse, called and left and message to try to “work” with us because we requested a cash in lieu offer, but he never returned the call after we called back, so we went with the cash offer to get it fix by a REPUTABLE company.

Very happy with the great job from the Sirius team. From start to completion, they were responsive, efficient and clean up after their work to replace our 12 year old water heater (tank) in our attic with the same top of the line brand at a very good price! They also gave me some hints and tips to make the unit live a little longer. Couldn’t be happier with the quality of work. Thank you Tristan, Barrett, Melissa and the rest of the Sirius team. Will recommend your service to all anyday!

I put a ticket in to AHS to get my toilet fixed because when it flushed, the mechanism got stuck and water kept running until you took off the lid and put the piece back in place. After several months of this, I finally called AHS to send a company to repair the toilet. Maddie was the first repair person. He was very nice and knew what he was doing although he did not have a part with him. He had to order the part which took weeks to come in. When he came back with the part and tried to install it, it was not the part he had ordered and didn't fit this toilet. So he sent that part back and reordered the correct part. When the part came in, they scheduled time to come and install the part. Maddie was on vacation at the time, so they sent a new person. He walked in without a part in his hand. When I asked about it, he said he needed to get the lay of the land. Pretty soon, he came out and announced that he had fixed the toilet and had no intention of installing the part. I asked him if he had installed it and he said no, he fixed it and was going to call Maddie to confirm it would work. I insisted that he go out and get the part and install it immediately. The fix he did had already been tried by us for several months. The part was actually broken at the bottom and that fix would not make the toilet work over time. He did install the part and the toilet is now working. However, I was very upset that I had to wait for almost 3 months to get the toilet fixed and then on the final call I had to get upset with the repairman to insist that he install the part.

These guys were excellent! Especially Matty! He was on time, assessed the problem and got the right help to get it resolved. I really appreciate his responsiveness, professionalism, and the quality of his work. This could have been a mess but he took care of it! He’s a ‘rock star’ in my book!!! Thanks guys!!! I’d give you 10 stars if I could!

They were our 3rd or 4th opinion after we were told we had a hole in our sewer line. After their inspection, they found that it was actually just a belly in the pipe where water would pool a bit, but otherwise the pipes were in relatively good condition and didn’t need to be entirely replaced like On Time Experts had tried convincing me was necessary. In the end, they did the necessary repairs for much less than what we had been quoted by everyone else we spoke to, and the work was completed in a timely manner. What more can you ask for?

Unprofessional, don't waste your time and money. Very disappointed about their service, They just asked you to replace the unit each time. They replaced with brand new AC units both indoor and outdoor and it broke again for less than 20 months. When ask about warranty, no one has the answer! When ask about what's the problem, no answer but ask you to replace it.

Very frustrated. They came to our property on 9/4/24 to diagnosis the problem due to our AC leak. Techician said he will send in the request to order the parts to American shield. We called every week for almost 3 weeks because there was no updates from either company. Then we try to contact Sirius plumbing a few times but every-time we're put on hold for so long so we asked American shield to help reach out to see what’s going on. Then we were told Sirius is waiting on the parts and they scheduled another plumbing company to come check the leak since Sirius cannot fix it. Sirius will come to replace the parts and another plumber company will fix the leak. American Shield went ahead and schedule us with Wicked Plumber. Today both company came out and are super clueless, nothing but pointing fingers and no one want to take responsibility. Sirius did not have all the tool and parts. Saying communication was not clear. Blaming on the previous tech didn’t diagnosis correctly. Wicked plumber came out and let because he have no clue what’s going on. We took a day off for nothing and this been going on for a month now. Called American shield to tell them but rep can’t do anything about it. He said Sirius was the one that send them and orders and they just tell us if it's covered to our warranty. It was Sirius who communication on their side is unclear. So who’s responsible for all this since nothing is resolved and no one knows what’s going on? Unprofessional businesses and very disappointed. Now we have to wait for Sirius to order another parts.

Sirius provides professional plumbers who are knowledgeable and experienced. My drainage problem required 2 service visits to camera the line and locate blockage. The first service call was unsuccessful due to the plumber not having the correct equipment. Plumber reported the issue to management and a new service call arraigned for new next day service. Another plumber arrived on time Saturday morning and resolved the problem in about 90 minutes. Jay was out standing and cleared the blockage. I recommend Sirius for your plumbing problems.

Sirius Plumbing an Air did a great job of installing our system. We had American Home Shield and despite a lot of the hurdles we had to jump through Scot (an employee of Sirius Plumbing and Air) did an excellent job advocating for us. Scot was responsive and has checked on how the system is working multiple times. Scot worked late into the night and was responsive. If you use this company ask for Scot. He will be honest and get you the best product.

The serviceman that came out to our home was quick, yet thorough; and was able and willing to perform his work while respecting the fact that we were working from home and on phone calls during his visit.

Sirius is fantastic they sent a technician (Matt) out in a day or two and he recommended the expert leak detection specialist (Billy) come by and Billy worked for a few hours trying to locate a leak, turned out there was no leak at all did not try to upsell us anything. Showed the cause of the problem was the hot water circulator was causing an issue and he explained the options to fix it. Sirius experience was great

Matty was able to locate our clean out pipe in less than one minute. The previous 3 plumbers we had come out couldn’t— or had an excuse for not looking.

On top of being smart and extremely friendly, he was super knowledgeable. He noticed a very niche detail that the previous owner of our house messed up on our toilet’s seal (which caused flooding).

I am very happy with the entire experience! Sirius Plumbing was selected by AHS warranty for a service call. They contacted me quickly; it was easy to get a day/time scheduled; the people I dealt with were friendly and helpful. The plumber (Matty) arrived on-time, was pleasant and took time to explain his diagnosis and the repair work that he performed. Everything was left 'neat as a pin' and the job was well done, and everything is working perfectly again.
