Lisa was kind when I called and scheduled a tech out for me same day. Cesar Vindel was fantastic. Very polite and friendly. Fixed my shower head that was broken and snaked a tub. All done in about an hour. Will use these guys again for sure!

Jim's Plumbing was great. They came to test our plumbing after having Foundation worked on. Malik McLemore was awesome, he was polite, professional and explained what was needed, good customer service. They were on time and communicated great via text.

Excellent customer service and work fixing a broken sewer line after our house foundation lift. You get what you pay for; however, ask questions, do your research, always get a second estimate, and you’ll have no problem getting a fair price. I had an excellent experience with them due to above and they are very friendly toward veterans.

First, we had our home foundation repaired using ram jack. 1st class outfit, 5 stars on their process and crews. Ram jack then sent Jim's plumbing for followup inspection and repair. Another 5 star company. And another first class job with work crew. Everything they did was discussed before hand with photos and cost. The plumbing was the problem with the foundation. We have the black expansive soil which broke the sewer line. Jim's crew did not break through the interior slab. They dug under the foundation to make the repairs and finished with photos and video. Yard clean up was excellent. Now, neither company was inexpensive. But you get the job completed leaving you confident it was done properly. Well done Victor and crew!

Jim’s Now Plumbing was assigned by my foundation company to run a post-foundation repair hydrostatic test. Cesar was the plumber responsible for performing the test. The test results identified a need to replace the cleanouts and several sewer line areas.
I highly recommend Cesar as a plumber. He provided thorough explanations for each repair and its associated cost. The repairs required an excavation team to prep the areas. Each time Cesar met with the excavation team to ensure that they knew where to tunnel. He followed up during the excavation activities as well. Regarding the repair work, he worked steadily and did an excellent job. I would use Cesar on all future plumbing jobs.

Jim’s Now Plumbing office staff did a great job scheduling and sending notifications.
