I needed a general assessment of the HVAC units of a house I just bought. And installation of smart thermostats. Coel came the first time and completed everything in a reasonable time. He was kind and patient to address all of my questions. The thermostats worked perfectly after being installed and he showed me how to link them with the app. He explained must-have and nice-to-have repairs and improvements. He came a second time to clean up the units coils and recharge the refrigerant.

To summarize: very professional, extremely punctual and very nice to interact with. The job got done as expected. Very good value for money overall.

Update:

I hired them again to replace 2 aging units. I went with a variable speed equipment.
Extremely satisfied with the installation work. Installers were professional, tidy and patient. Orlando, Kyle and Joe were great. They answered all my questions and showed me what I needed to know to keep the drain lines clean. They worked tirelessly for two days straight to change both of my units. They had to disassemble and reassemble the equipment to make it fit through the attic door, and went the extra mile replacing a duct through a small crawl space. Can't ask for more.

What a great experience! They are well worth it. Thorough, experienced and fix all aspects of the unit focusing on repair and they fixed all previous inconveniences. I will always use this company. Best customer satisfaction. Thanks Christian

He took the time to explain the work, answered all my questions, and made sure I was completely comfortable with the results. It’s rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction, but Justin delivered on both fronts. I have been going through a relative nightmare with a different HVAC company after they installed what was supposed to be a new AC system in my house months ago. I recently reached out to Advanced Air for a second opinion and I really wish I had gone with them from the start. Mr. Joe Martel has been a Godsend. He is very skilled and knowledgeable and also very professional, honest, understanding, and kind. He was able to thoroughly evaluate the system the other company installed. He was able to identify why the system never properly worked as well as identify significant safety concerns. He provided me with clear documentation and took pictures of his findings for me.

Also, I really appreciate how easy it has been to communicate with the company in general. They have been responsive, professional, and caring. It means so much to me that Advanced Air has integrity and values their customers.

Bruce has been to our home before. Every time he delivers outstanding service. He is thorough with his attempts to get to the root of the problem and honest, we appreciate those qualities as a consumer. .

Tyler was great. The fact you guys wouldn’t change the gas valve due to the age of the unit was not. My unit showed no signs of carbon monoxide leaking. Even confirmed by the tech and the work was still denied. Even with that issue, the technician was great.

Service Tech, Bruce, is super knowledgeable of HVAC machinery! And patiently listened to and answered all my questions. Our new system from Advanced Air this summer nearly halved the cost of cooling our house with our old system last year. I’m extremely satisfied with the equipment and service from Advanced Air.

Had an appointment between 2 and 5pm. Called at 2:50 to confirm and was told a tech would be here within the designated time window. Called again at 6:00 (because no one was here yet) and was told tech would be here soon, as they were finishing up another job. 7:00pm rolls around and still no tech. Called and cancelled. Needless to say won’t be calling them again.

Justin was very personable and showed a great knowledge about my system. He advised me to call the people who screwed it up in the first repair and have them fix their mess. Thanks to a great technician.

Justin was here for quite a while because our issue ended up being way more complicated than we initially thought and he was so patient and so pleasant and always kept us informed. Tyler was verify courteous, professional and respectful of our home. I tried to leave him to do his work but he did pleasantly answer several of my questions while troubleshooting a difficult wiring problem. He was able to find the open wire, correct it and get my hvac system running again. True professional and kind person! Highly recommend!

Advanced A/C did awesome job. My heating went out and I called them. They initially said the tech would be between 2=5pm. They then called to say the tech could come sooner and I missed the call! Called them back and hour later and still was able to get the tech early. Great customer service from Paige!! Justin the tech arrived and within 5 minutes he identified the problem and solution. He throughly explained everything and showed me the DAT was broken. He was able to replace and fix the system with 30 minutes. He was full of knowledge concerning HVAC with lots of tips and information about my system. He even invited me to take a look in the attic and explained some of the features. Another example of outstanding customer service far beyond what was expected. Will definitely call Advanced for any further HVAC problems.
