Reliable and trustworthy. I called during the snowstorm. I think it was the owner, don’t remember his name. He went and found me a generator for my home. I am a single mom with two small children. I can’t say enough how much they helped me. I will be using them again.

Very impressed with ATX AC and their team. They are reliable and very friendly. In the heat of the summer the got ouR AC fixed in no time. We recommend them to anyone. Will be the only AC company we use from now on.

He was able to come out same day with no diagnostic fee, unlike other places that charge between $39 and $96, some of which don't even apply the fee to the actual repair. Within minutes, he found the problem (a busted fuse) that another person had overlooked, saving me hundreds in replacement parts that the person wanted to charge me. I greatly appreciate it the timely response, honesty and knowledge that was shared to us about how the system works. I'll be sure to use only this company going forward.

The team here is awesome! They have been servicing my equipment for years keeping it in top notch running condition. One time I came back from vacation to find my house nearly 90° inside. These guys had it fixed and cooled off within hours. Amazing service! All of my experiences with them have been nothing short of five star. I would highly recommend them if you need HVAC service.

Zach is the man! He was our technician and came out for an evening emergency call in Georgetown. He solved the problem, taught me how to do some routine maintenance, and was kind enough to do a full inspection. He is a consummate professional and I would recommend him and Advance Air Con and Heating any day. We even signed up for their annual service on his recommendation. 11/10 service

Just called to try to schedule an appointment as out AC unit isn't cooling the house. Was on the phone with the operator and went through the whole process of giving all of my information and then was told that they need authorization from our landlord before they can schedule anything. I'm familiar with this practice, and this is not an issue. The problem that I have is that once my landlord called them back to provide that authorization, he was told that they are not taking new customers and only servicing the existing ones. Why could I have not been told that when I first called? Now I've wasted hours that could have been spent calling other AC Companies that might be able to help.
