Justin was great! He showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem with my AC Unit. He was very thorough, clearly explained everything, changed out a part, and got my home cooling again within an hour. I definitely plan to use Advanced Air Conditioning and Heating again.

Way overpriced. Found three estimates that were thousands of dollars less than what they were going to charge me for replacing my compressor. The service man was nice and knowledgeable, but you can find a better deal on repairs. I recommend shopping around! Buyer be ware.

Our a/c fan motor was going out & Justin, after a thoroughly explained options list, we went with a replacement of parts rather a whole system upgrade at this time. Justin was thorough as the options could be from parts to a whole new system, he was patient, he was professional & he was quick to get the job done once he ascertained what the situation was at our home. Justin did an amazing job, nice and personable. Got everything fixed quickly on a weekend and checked a few other things while he was here. Gave us some tips maintenance wise. Definitely wish i knew about the membership package before to get inspections twice a year, which I signed up for. Probably would have prevented what happened. Definitely will use yall in the future. Working with Advanced was a great choice. We received estimates from multiple companies, and they were clearly the best option: fair price, quality equipment, and actually informative and honest. They don’t just try and push expensive equipment on you - they actually listen to what you need as a customer and provide multiple options to best fit your home. Really appreciate how easy they were to communicate with and how punctual they were with their appt times. Would definitely recommend - having a new HVAC and furnace installed is a big purchase, and we’re really glad we chose Advanced.

This company did an outstanding job on my recent air conditioning repair. From Charles in the office to Tyler and Zach who installed my new evaporator coil, the experience was a 10/10. Would definitely recommend them 100%. Professional, efficient, knowledgable, and excellent customer service.
All around a great experience!

Our AC kept turning off every 2 weeks or so due to a short causing blown fuses. Zach H was so thorough in his investigation of the problem. Our voltage readings throughout the system were all normal but he searched for an hour and a half until he uncovered the problem. One wire that had the shielding melted deep in our outdoor unit! When that wire would move in the right way it would cause a short and blow a fuse. Thank you so much Zach, way to go the extra mile on a hot Sunday afternoon.

It’s been a pleasure working with Advanced Air Conditioning. Paige has been easy to schedule with, and Bruce (HVAC Technician) was knowledgeable and easily answered all my questions.

Zach came out immediately when we called about our AC. He did a fantastic job diagnosing and repairing our AC. He was personable and kind. With temperatures in the 100s, he had it repaired within an hour and we were up and running chilling from the outside high temps. Thx Zach

Zach Hughes did a fantastic job fixing our A/C. He was prompt, (arrived at 8PM on a Saturday),, thorough, and professional. The price seemed fair for the work that was completed, especially considering late on a Saturday of Labor Day weekend. I’ll be using Advanced again.

Zach came out within an hour of calling with an AC repair need. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and had excellent communication. Our AC was up and running quickly and we couldn’t be happier.

Justin was the assigned tech to service our heating and AC. He arrived on time, communicated well and was very professional.

Zach called before he arrived and was super freindly from the beginning. onces he arrived went straight to work, and within about 30 minutes he identified a few problems. This was all done through my home owners warranty, so I wasnt too concerned with price on the onset. Once he need to move forward with the fix, we discussed it, he talked to my home warranty person and explained to them the issure, and commenced with the fix. I was super late and he was determined to fix my problem and head to his next call. my family was super pleased with his confidence in his ability to correct the issue and his friendlyness when he was here. would definietly recommend This comany, and especially Zach for his services.

Couldn’t be happier with my new system. Paige and Troy were so great to work with. Between them I was able to make the most informed decision and the communication was excellent at every step of the process.

Tyler was very knowledgeable, and persistent. He tried the things he thought could be the problem, but also called his supervisor for assistance as well. Tyler did a great job.

Had to replace the air-conditioning unit and add another intake. Did an excellent job.
