The service tech that they sent out without notification was kind and that’s why you get one star. I would use extreme caution using this business if you expect to have clear communication and just an overall quality service. I’d say you could do better but it seems you can’t

I Paid 411$ to fix my AC . And after 2 hours it shuted down again . I called them to come back to fix it and they said they will charge me for diagnostic charges which will take 3-4 hours and than will fix it for which will charge me again by hour which is $115
