My AC stopped cooling, and these guys saved the day! Called in the morning — by early afternoon two techs were at my house. Thank you Excellence HVAC & Appliance Repair! Oleg came out on the same day we contacted for service. He was able to quickly diagnose our Whirlpool washer machine’s problem and gave us a great turn around on the ordering and replacing of the part. I’m happy our washer is back in service.

Update: an on-going issue (that I discussed with Oleg when he came to diagnose the washer not working), the washer continues to put out dirty water during hot, warm, and cool temp cycles. I need help to get this issue resolved. Does your company help to clean out the washer to make the water clear again? Please help 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 loads of laundry since Saturday are needing to be washed 🙁

Vasyl and Yan were amazing! They were helpful, efficient, polite, and so respectful of not only our oven but also our home in general. They arrived when they said they would, worked diligently, and communicated clearly about the repair. Also, there were never any surprises about billing. Overall, I am so thankful to have our oven back and we really appreciate how smooth the process was. They will be our first call if we need help in the future.

Oleksandr did a fantastic job fixing my dryer! He was timely in arriving. He was timely in the repair. My dryer was a mess, and he had all the parts to fix it! Also, it's in a ridiculously precarious place. That was no problem for him.

Fixed me up quick for less than half of the price of a new dryer. Did it quickly. Was very friendly. Was reasonably priced. And super mindful of everything.

I highly recommend him and Excellence. If I break any more of my appliances (I probably will), I will definitely use them again!

Oleg was referred by a friend and he lived up to his reputation! He was friendly and took the time to explain what was wrong and how my fridge is supposed to work. I am relieved to know my 13 y.o.
