When I first contacted Excellence Appliance repair for my LG dryer, I immediately received a text with an appointment option for the next day. Oleksandr arrived on time. He was polite and went right to work. He identified two problems. He had to order a part, so he thoughtfully put the dryer back together. When the part arrived, he texted me a appointment time and again arrived promptly. He left the area clean and tidy. I’m happy to have my dryer working properly again. Thank you!

Oleg from Excellent HVAC and Appliance quickly diagnosed and repaired my broken dryer that was no longer heating within an hour. Scheduling was easy online. Service was prompt and professional. Highly recommended.

I give Oleksandr a 10 and 5 stars as he was very professional, courteous and efficient. However, I think the labor charge was out of line considering the job took about 30 min! I agreed to the amount beforehand thinking the icemaker motor installation would take at least 2 hrs. He was here for approximately 30 min! Not sure I would use the company again.

Technician was available same day (weekend) we called for fridge freezing issue- promptly arrived, evaluated the situation and within 3 days the part was replaced. We are waiting the 24hrs period to assess the performance. Very professional.

Oleg B arrived early to our Fri appointment for diagnostics. He quickly found what parts were needed gave us an estimate we found reasonable. He provided that he would be able to come Tuesday.
Saturday evening we get a text parts are in. Can I put it in now? He came and was done in less than an hour. And.this was not a simple job. He knew what he was doing and was courteous and professional in every way.

Oleg was very helpful! Unfortunately the issue that I was seeing with my oven didn’t happen when he came out, but we went ahead with the igniter and he mentioned there would be a guarantee if the issue happened again. After looking at other prices in the Austin area it does seem I was charged outside of the higher range in the area for the igniter replacement.

Our dryer broke over the weekend. Oleg, our handy technician, visited on Tuesday to diagnose the issue. We needed a part, but he came back to fix it in a couple of days. He was friendly, patient, and completed the task efficiently.

Oleg came out to fix our Maytag washer. Very quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered parts, and came back two days later to complete the job. Very nice guy, will call again when we need him!

Vasyl and Yan came to repair our pebble ice maker. It was unclear exactly what the problem was but we knew it needed a new drain pump. New pebble ice markers cost around $5,000 so I was very very excited when they were able to repair and clean our existing unit for a fraction of the price. They are professional, timely and very nice. I highly recommend!

Oleksander was able to visit earlier than our originally scheduled appointment, which was a very considerate change for me on a busy day. He diagnosed my problem very quickly, and had the part available to immediately resolve the issue. He also ran a test to verify all was well with my washer. During the entire experience, he was professional and friendly, explaining every step and answering all my questions. I would give Oleksander top rating for all these reasons plus his very efficient use of time and consideration of mine. Top notch!

This is the second time I have used Excellence Appliance Repair. The first time my washing machine was going out. Oleg was honest and told me that he could repair it but by the time he changed out the parts and charged me for his labor it would be more expensive than a new washing machine. I appreciated the honesty. I paid him for the diagnostic at that visit. My dryer started making crazy noises. I love Excellence because they let you schedule the day and 2 hour window. They have extended hours too. Oleg took my dryer apart, found what was wrong and showed me what needed fixing. I feel he went above and beyond when he cleaned all the dust and lint out of the dryer making it look brand new; he even cleaned up the floor of my laundry room.
