Cobi did a great job on servicing my AC. It was quick and easy. I'd highly recommend him.

I called one hour heating and air about my AC situation and they came out immediately. Josh and Devonte Accessed the problems on the spot and recommended solutions. They were able to fix my outdoor unit but also recommend long term solutions. Will be using them in the future!

Had a great experience with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. Had an A/C unit sounding pretty bad so had to call on a weekend and was able to set up an appointment that morning. Henry was great... prompt, communicated well and was very personable. He was able to fix the issue quickly and get the A/C working like new again! I definitely recommend them and will be using them moving forward. Thanks One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning.... y'all are the BEST!

Joshua from One Hour Air Conditionings was great. Came out in no time, diagnostics the problem, had the parts in his truck, swapped it out. Boom! Working A/C. He check it out completely, we discussed some options. He noticed the other unit was very old and gave some suggestions for later on. No high pressure sale. An extremely knowledgeable A/C technician. Will use them again.

Devonte seemed a bit inexperienced, but had a good heart and tried hard to solve the issue, including calling phone support. He left telling us the fan speed was the issue and the high humidity would now start dropping. By the next morning it hadn't dropped. Jacobi then came out and gave me a recommendation that goes against building codes that have been in place for 30 some years and have solid reasons for being there. Plus, he wanted to sell me a high priced sustem that would be a "band-aid" instead of solving the humidity problem. When I tried to explain the reason for the code, he wouldn't listen and became angry. I feel badly saying so, but can't recommend him.

Very nice folks I have come across here with their generous special they offered for 1st responders / veterans / etc.. Cobi came out to do the complimentary service and it was not your average quick come and go service. He spent alot of time going over every part of and aspect of my hvac system and was extremely knowledgeable and a super nice guy. I would definitely use and recommend One Hour Air ! 2 thumbs up !

Brent Bradley was my fantastic and very knowledgeable technician. I was about 10 minutes late, but he patiently waited for me. Once I arrived, he told me what he would be doing and why. He inspected the heating unit carefully and thoroughly taking pics as he went. He patiently answered every question I had about the heating unit - even some about the a c.
He gave me tips on keeping the unit running at an optimum level. Would definitely recommend One Hour to look after all your heating / ac needs. You will also be extremely satisfied if Brent Bradley is your technician!

Jacobi, a service technician, came to my house to do an A/C service check up. He was very Professional, Knowledgeable, Friendly, and Kind. UPDATE-
I got a phone call from Rick the owner saying he would like to make it right. I really do appreciate that because this means this company cares about their clients. We are July 25,2025 today .We are scheduled for July 30, 2025 for them to put the ballistic back in this is the light that kills the bacteria from the system. As a Military family we really appreciate One Hour heating and Air conditioning make this right! This is why I am updating the review.

Our air conditioning was not cooling On June 19, 2025 . I called One hour heating and Air conditioning of Cedar Park, Texas. Our technician was Jacobi Holiday. About thirty minutes before technician arrived the air conditioning started to work . I had turned off everything and restarted it back up. The technician was nice and said our air conditioner was in working order. What I am complaining about is he took off the whole light that kills the bacteria because we didn’t have a light in there and took it with him after I had told him to put it all back. I called his supervisor the next morning and Jacobi as well. The technician said he didn’t know that I wanted it left there. Why would you remove something that you didn’t put in . I requested that the light ballast system be put back and the supervisor gave me this whole speech about no he didn’t take it with him but he did. Jacobi the technician told me he didn’t when I spoke to him. He had no right to. We are NOT happy with this company. I suggest do not use them. I know do not have the light system that came with my air conditioner that kills bacteria.. It was stolen by the technician. They wanted us to prepare the ballast that kills bacteria with the light, but we did not have the money then and then they came back and told us oh we can’t do your system next week because we’re not gonna be able to you would have to do it Saturday. I said well we’re a military family right now. We don’t have the funds. Give us a week. I never thought that a technician would be stealing our ballast with the light that kills bacteria.
