Contacted Bree HVAC to come out and fix our condenser which was going in and out intermittently (and was critical to have running in the summer). They came within 3 hours, provided a thorough diagnostic (clogged fins and coils), and cleaned everything up within an hour and a half - as I bask in the glory of working AC I just want to say HIRE THEM! You won't be disappointed.

We upgraded our old unit to a new high-efficiency Trane system with BREE HVAC, and the results have been amazing. From the first phone call to the final inspection, the process was smooth and professional.
Vasiliy, our technician, went above and beyond — he made sure everything was perfectly installed, tested, and explained. The difference in cooling performance is night and day. This company clearly cares about doing things right, and their prices were very reasonable compared to the big-name HVAC providers.

I had an old A/C system replaced in my house with a new one by MikeNeat LLC/BREE HVAC.

I chosen them as the were the most approachable during quote preparation/comparison phase: very easy to communicate with and competitive prices (unlike other companies, like Stan's).

However, I was pleasantly surprised by Vasiliy's (the technitian) thoroughness. He did not try to cut any corness, always spent extra time to double check that all the procedures were executed properly, connections were perfect.

What's also so important to me, is that he showed at the agreed upon time, explained what was going to happen and answered all my questions. So, the installation went smoothly, according to plan, without any surprises.

Also, Vasiliy is just a very pleasant person to chat with.

So, I would certainly recommend this company to anybody and I'd definitely consider to use it again in the future myself.

Mike came by for a second opinion service call after the last HVAC company attempted to sell me a new system. The compressor was completely out. He took his time and meticulously figured out the problem. Then was able to fix the compressor issue. He saved me thousands of dollars . I would recommend him to anyone . My HVAC stopped blowing cold air and kept tripping, and I found out the compressor needed to be replaced. Since it was a weekend, I called many contractors with not much hope but, Mike promptly responded to me. He explained the issue clearly and gave me a quote. The price was great and all his reviews were 5-star, so I decided to go with him.

Mike showed up quickly and did a very thorough diagnosis. Unlike others who only checked with meters, he took the time to look at everything and even found a faulty capacitor. Because it was allergy season and I couldn't keep the windows open for long, I asked if he could fix it as soon as possible. He got the parts (which is available only on weekdays) and came back early Monday morning to get everything taken care of.

Mike is a thorough professional, reliable, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Mike and Bree HVAC to anyone needing HVAC help. He even gives valuable tips on how to maintain your HVAC!

Had Brent Bradley out today for an inspection and cleaning of my AC system. He was very thorough and helped me understand things I needed to know about the current status of my AC units. He arrived timely and was very courteous .

Our tech, DeVonte, was punctual and we were notified when he was on his way. He was polite, good natured, and professional. He told me what he was doing, what he found, and what work to expect in the future. Quick, thorough and professional. I would recommend them.

Cobi got our A/C back online within a few hours after it went out around midnight. He arrived first thing in the AM and had all the necessary equipment that our system was requiring. We have a 2-week old infant or else my husband and I wouldn’t be as concerned with waiting for repairs in the dead of summer, as this is the busy time of year for HVAC. I actually had One Hour do some work last year and they were out again this year. I really appreciate the fact I can call these guys and they'll show up the same day. That really helps, especially in this Texas heat. I had the same technician, Brent, nearly exactly a year later. He's patient, answers any questions I have, gives me tips on how to maintain the system and got me back up and running. I'll keep coming back here for my HVAC needs because I can depend on them. Im giving the 5 star specifically for Brent. I appreciate the business model and always getting there in a timely manner, their costs are just higher than most others.
