I had a blower motor communication issue with my Carrier unit. IA Services put me on the schedule very quickly and sent over tech Daniel Escobar. Daniel was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what had to be done and fixed the issue. He also took the time to run some extra tests to make sure the unit was performing properly before he left. I was very happy with the service I received.

I’ve used Intelligent Air service for two different HVAC replacements, and one repair. They are trustworthy, thorough, and fair. LaCounte was great to work with and provided great recommendations for what would HVAC solution would best suit the needs of my family and home. Michael was great in promptly resolving a warranty issue. I highly recommend IAQ and will use them for any future HVAC needs.

Great experience in the heat of July. I noticed our upstairs unit wasn't cooling around 430pm last night. They got a technician out by 630pm the same night. We needed a new outside unit (which was something we were expecting... Ours was pushing 25 years.) They came the next morning before 11am, installed it in two hours, and done. Very professional at all points of contact.

Today, on a very hot holiday weekend, our air conditioning unit decided to go out. We needed someone to desperately come out and we called Brad from AC express. We have never done business with them before. He was out here within an hour and a half of us making the call. He actually came hours before we were promised he would be here. He was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable of our AC unit. It took him very little time to do what he needed to do and he explained everything along the way as he did it. He went above and beyond what was required of him. Brad you are amazing and great at your profession and we appreciate everything you did for us!! My folks' ac stopped working on a Saturday Labor Day Weekend. This company arrived within the hour, took time to assess the problem and communicated in great detail the costs of the procedures needed to fix it beforehand. They worked fast and were very professional. In 10 minites my parents' house was cool again. Thank You! I highly recommend them.

Chad was amazing!!! AC quit working on the first really hot day of the year, so they were getting lots of calls. They worked me into their busy schedule, came during the two hour window that they gave me, and were quick and thorough!! I'm an AC Express customer for life now! 😁

Even after the installation of our new unit, the follow up service was very thorough. AC Express took over our service contract and serviced our warrantied HVAC with professionalism and quality service. We experienced them to be fair in pricing and on time in service. They even repaired our unit after it being struck by lightening, working with us until the problem was fully resolved. They also did repair work when we were out of town and had guests in the house. In one of the hottest summers, one thing you don’t want to go on the fritz, is our A/C! My brother had recently used A/C Express. He told how they came the next day and fixed his A/C the next day. Well, I called them yesterday, and they just left my house.Not only did they fix the issue, they didn’t charge me, because they fixed it so quickly!
I don’t often write reviews, but they deserve 6 stars!!!

What an amazing experience! Called in the morning and they we're here before noon. Repaired in under 10 minutes. Topped off refrigerant too. Polite, fast (but thorough), and they are local. Felt like a family member rushing out to help me stay cool in the Texas summer

I've been a customer of AC Express for longer than I can remember. Their technicians are knowledgeable and polite and their prices are some of the most resources able you'll find. And I've never had any problem with getting them to come out on the same day. They've always fixed my A/C on the day I've called them, once at 10pm on a Friday. I can't recommend them more highly.

Our AC unit went out over night. We called AC Express and they sent two repair techs over the same day. Turns out it was an easy fix so they didn’t charge us! Very quick and professional. I highly recommend this company. We’ll definitely call them again.

Called them on a Saturday because there was a burning plastic smell coming from the vent. Michael was very helpful over the phone and first walked me through some troubleshooting steps. When realizing an onsite inspection was needed, he arrived that same day and then came back out on Monday (they even offered Sunday) to replace the old/original furnace. Great customer experience.

My AC started leaking water, and after receiving ridiculously expensive quotes, I happened to call AC Express. They were very responsive, and gave me their best price. It was thousands of dollars lower than the competition, and the repair guys came within a few hrs, and immediately got to work. They walked me through all the work done, and explained everything to me. I will definitely recommend AC Express, and I'm very glad that I took a chance on them.

Michael and Chad did a phenomenal job. I had a leak in my AC system that was rather tricky to find but the guys troubleshooted my system extensively until they found the root of the issue.

Everyone I dealt with from the dispatcher to the technicians provided superior customer service and made it a priority to get my problem resolved as quickly as they could.

Their prices are extremely competitive too, they saved me hundreds of dollars in comparison to their competitors whose quotes now seem outrageous after working with AC Express. If you are looking to have HVAC work done you need to call these folks before you commit to working with another AC company.

Our thermostat display went blank . We called AC express on Dec 26 , Robert came right on time in an hour and diagnosed the problem with our thermostat. It was minor issue so he did even charge for it. He was knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend their services.

When my wife arrived home on Sunday from a weekend in Houston to a hot house, we knew we had A/C issues. After calling a few places that wouldn't pick up on a Sunday, we got a hold of AC Express, who sent a tech out within half an hour.

Sadly for us, it was bad news and our compressor was bad. Luckily AC Express gave us a very reasonable quote on a new A/C, and had techs out the next day who installed our new A/C.

They were even nice enough to install a new thermostat we had that we never got around to installing.

Overall our experience with AC Express was easy, straight forward and relatively painless, and we'd highly recommend them.

Awesome service. My house wouldn’t cool below 80 degrees. I was called 20 minutes before arrival by a technician. I was out running an errand and they patiently waited for me to get back home. They wore a mask and respected social distancing. The technician diagnosed the problem within 1 minute of listening to my issues with my AC, quickly repaired it, and I’m back to blowing cold air. Great service I would definitely recommend AC Express and will call them back next time I have AC issues.

I have to give AC Express 5 Stars. they installed our complete HVAC system 6 years ago when our old one stopped working (it was about 22 years old). On that initial install, they came out same day and completed the job in less than 4 hours. Our AC stopped cooling efficiently recently so I called them in the evening to come out to see what was going on. They scheduled us the following morning and came out and checked our system (it had been 5 years since we had them do a PM, dont wait that long). it turned out to be something small (slightly clogged drain line) but they were nice and professional and couldn't have asked for better service (in both the initial install and the service call). I would recommend AC Express if anyone asks me who I'd use. Thank you for your continued great service and professionalism.
