We have lived in CP for over 20 years and have used many different AC companies but AC Express is just amazing. We had them do a complete overhaul on our AC a couple years ago and it’s been working perfectly. We have had them out to service it but there have been no problems at all. This new unit works so much better than our old one. Weve had a clogged line a couple times (because of us, not the unit) and they have even come out on a weekend to help us. Outstanding customer service and they truly care about their work. To me, I would much rather pay a little more and have a company like AC Express who truly cares about their customers and their product. Just call them!

They came and serviced our AC same day were great and resolved the problem for us in great time! will definitely be using them as our AC people EVERY TIME!

I couldn’t be more pleased with the services I have received from AC express. They not only designed and installed one system for us,they emergency replaced our second system 18 months later when it suddenly died. They have fair prices and the services is beyond excellent. They just put in a third system for my father. My sister is in the process of contracting them for her own system installation as well.
What really stands out is their dedication to customer service. About a year ago my sister’s system died. They replaced the capacitor for free knowing she would eventually need to replace the system but not wanted her to suffer through the summer heat. It’s rare to find such honesty and care in a service company. I can’t recommend them more highly.

This company answered my phone call on a holiday weekend. Promptly had a team out to my home early the next morning. They fully diagnosed my unit and quickly had my AC running again. Fast and professional. I highly recommend.

I called several places before AC Express and couldn't get anyone out today. We're going out of town and would have to cancel plans if we couldn't get our issue fixed today. When I called AC Express, the owner said he also couldn't have a tech out today, but he quickly diagnosed my issue over the phone and told me where I could buy a part. I have installed the part now and our ac blows cold again! Very friendly guy and he has earned my future business and referrals with that help. Thanks again AC Express!

My outdoor unit broke down Sunday, my regular service company couldn’t come out until Tuesday. So I gave AC Express a call. They came out to me in 20 minutes and diagnosed the issue. Got everything fixed up and replaced really fast and price is very reasonable. Great experience. Would definitely use them again next time I need AC service.

It was a pleasure to work with Michael . Our heat unit broke and he guided us to make the right decision. We had too many questions before moving forward and he patiently listened , visited us couple of times to get all of our questions answered. They are affordable, trust worthy, committed for their work. They did the job in no time. I am confident we dealt with the right company. No other company will ever get access to my HVAC unit. This is not a paid promotion & I Highly highly recommend them.

Mike was fantastic. He was very flexible with scheduling, showed up the same morning I called to book, and took care of my issues in less than an hour. I also appreciate his clear explanation of future options to replace my old system, but was not at all pushy. Great experience all around… I know who I’m calling when I’m ready to proceed with a replacement!

I'm really happy with the service. For a long time, our A/C unit would break down a couple times each summer. We had other contractors do repairs, but then the A/C would break down a few weeks afterwards, every time. We were ready to call an exorcist, but we called Mike instead.

He was on time, and after he diagnosed the main issue, he identified the root cause that the other techs had missed. He went to buy a specialized replacement part, and returned that same day to complete the repair. There've been no problems since. Our A/C has been consistently reliable and efficient.

Mike was fantastic. He clearly knows his stuff and took the time to properly diagnose and fix the issue rather than rushing through it. You can tell he genuinely cares about the work he does and about helping his customers. Really appreciated his time, dedication, and attention to detail. Would absolutely recommend.
