Henry H. was very courteous, efficient and organized! He had great empathy since we had lost heat during the winter blast! I totally recommend requesting this technician to repair your furnace!

Our AC just stopped working late in the afternoon on a Friday and I thought we were going to be stuck without AC for a day at the absolute minimum with temps in the upper 90's. I called four places with late Saturday was the best I could expect. I called One Hour and was told they could have someone over in about 90 minutes. Coby actually arrived in a little less than an hour. He was polite, professional, friendly and did an amazing job explaining everything that was wrong and pointing out some other things that we would probably have to deal with in the near future. There was no high pressure, he wasn't trying to sell me on things I didn't need and showed me what everything was, the specs on the items showing failure or fatigue, etc. I approved the proposed job and Coby was just as thorough in his repairs as he was in his explanations. He got our AC back up and running, did a complete diagnostic and was finished in under two hours. I can't recommend One Hour or Coby highly enough, they're truly outstanding.

Jacobi and Joshua are top notch professionals. There should be a six star option for this company. Lightning fast response, extremely reasonable pricing and complete transparency and integrity.

This was a service to repair what they didn’t repair the day before. The technician the day before it came out and spent 4 to 5 our going through everything and assured me he had checked everything. Told me my unit was working and no more leaks and I could move my furniture back. I had Guest in town for the weekend and went into the room this morning to set it back up. And the AC unit was leaking and water through the sheet rock on the ceiling which I didn’t have before. The technician they sent out told me that he’s actually the trainer and that evidently the person they sent out needed more training. They didn’t charge for the second service call where this technician found the cracked pipe that was causing The water leak. He pointed out a few other issues, but the water leakage was due to the cracked secondary drain. He left me with the understanding May be some remediation done for the sheetrock and the moisture. I spoke later with their main service representative and all I did was argue with me and said that they weren’t responsible for how my unit was put together.They weren’t responsible to find everything that was wrong with the unit In defense of the first 4 to 5 hour visit of the first technician. I shared with him the comments of the second technician and he said that I must’ve misunderstood him and completely Put off whatever I had to say.. This is the second visit to my home and I had really liked them until this last experience. But you have management but doesn’t accept responsibility and blows off what his technician say or do as not the responsibility and there’s no accountability.. I will no longer refer the business (i am a realtor) I had shared theirinformation as a referral to Community Website and I’m taking it down tomorrow and I’m gonna share my experience there. I also sent their information out My realtor Network and I’m gonna take it down as well and share my experience there. And again he completely blew off responsibility to found the problem the first time and I pointed out to him that if he ever wants to buy a house, he needs to use me and I’ll show him what being detailed is all about and what Customer Service is all about. Devonte from One Hour was awesome! He was very polite, very thorough on his check-up for our furnace and explained everything to me afterwards, even showed me the pics he took of the system and suggested possible future work. He was also exactly on time — he showed at 1pm on the dot for a 1-3pm window. We will be going with One Hour for future HVAC needs!

Jacobi with One Hour was fantastic. Our hvac system stopped blowing air the day before the temps dropped. He came out on a Saturday and diagnosed the problem and said rather than use them for the repair, I should reach out to the installing company because if they had done their job and registered our system with Trane, the $2000 part would be covered. Those guys didn't, apologized, then offered a 40% "discount" to replace it. Their quote with the bs "discount" was higher than One Hour's quote. So I left them a 1 star review and went with Jacobi and One Hour. He came out and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He communicates beautifully, is super cool, and my dog fell in love with him, lol. When this system needs to be replaced, I want Jacobi doing it.

DeVonte was our AC tech and did a wonderful job. Price was slightly high imo for a cleaning, but he was thorough and showed me what was wrong and how to fix in the future, which I appreciate. Customer service was prompt in getting someone out to my house, offered flexibility. Overall I feel pleased!

Cobi was by far the most knowledgeable and professional HVAC tech (or any tech truly) we’ve ever worked with!! He immediately knew the problem and worked hard to fix it. He went above and beyond to make sure we knew what caused the issue and what he did to remedy it. He made sure we knew what he was doing during each step of the process. We will ONLY be requesting Cobi to come to future HVAC work at our home. I cannot recommend Cobi enough!!
