We had a great experience with this company ,their response time from the time we put the request in to when they first responded, and then to when they set up our appointment with a technician was extremely fast. Ali J was the tech assigned and he was exceptional. Our AC unit went out this afternoon and he was able to come on a Saturday night, which with two dogs and a child made us extremely happy parents knowing we will all sleep nice and cool tonight. Price was very fair and Ali was so thorough and took his time to explain what the issue was and just really left us with peace of mind and really happy with our service. Would definitely recommend! Thank you!!!!

My neighbor recommended and we were not disappointed! Ali J did a great job communicating before, during and after servicing the AC in the condo. The cost outcome I felt was fair and reasonable. I loved the information and pictures showing the issues and the fixed problem.

This is our second time using Fuse, & would highly recommend! They came out to clean our indoor unit & remove the mold. Communication was clear, they were prompt in showing up, & pricing was fair. Out of all the quotes we got, Fuse's was the most thorough, & they took the most time evaluating the situation. Gary was super nice & explained what was wrong & how to mitigate the issue in the future. After the cleaning, they even sent an email with helpful tips & photos.

What a great experience! I called around 10am to have my washer & dishwasher looked at and got an appointment that day between 2 - 4. Oleg arrived right after 2 and I received a text before with his photo which I always appreciate. After explaining the issues, he told me what he thought the problems were & if it was what he expected, how much those repairs cost. He was spot on & the cost was exactly what he stated. He worked quickly, was extremely professional, & was careful to keep the work areas clean. I will definitely call them again for any future needs & give them a high recommendation.

Extremely efficient and professional. Showed up and diagnosed my washer I like 10 min. Had a part ordered that afternoon. Came on Saturday and installed. Use this guy if you need repairs!!

Oleg handled a crazy weird problem with a Samsung FlexWash. Ended up being a board and a WiFi module. Took ownership of the problem and settled it. Because it was hard it took return trips, no additional charges, they stood up to the original estimate on a hard repair, that’s how you know if the place is straight. Based on discussion with Samsung’s service provider this was 50-60% of what they would have charged for a normal repair, god knows how much for returns with parts. This is the flagship model so it’s a beast with two washing machines in one package and it was an early model which caused issues with a dryer repair by others years ago. I do not recommend Samsung FlexWash but I DO HIGHLY RECOMMEND Excellence HVAC & Appliance Repair.
