I didn't end up going with iAir for my new minisplit, but it wasn't for lack of knowledge and service, but only because I chose a different brand. LaCounte came out and assessed my system and was very helpful during the decision process. Their bid was the best for the brand they offered and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a new system or service.

Michael was the most thorough technician I have ever had with air/heat maintenance. I’m very pleased I chose Intelligent Air Services to give my ac a check. My house is a brand new build & I’m glad to find out the things that need to be fixed to make my unit run more efficiently before my one year warranty is up.

I can't say enough good about Intelligent Air Services. I have had them out a couple of times for repairs on my upstairs A/C unit. They have been very responsive, on-time, and very professional. This last time Michael Davis came out, diagnosed the issue, but more importantly spent the time calling the manufacture on the 4 year old unit to get the part that literally burned up covered under warranty. He ordered the part and came back out afterwards to install it. Great service and very professional. I'll be asking for Michael to come out for any future HVAC repairs. Thank you Michael! Our A/C suddenly stop cooling and because it’s Friday afternoon we couldn’t find a company to come and help us. We were calling literally one AC company after the other. When we called Intelligence Air Services the dispatcher was more than kind and send us Michael in less than an hour.
Michael was extremely helpful! He was super kind and explained everything so well. He took care of the whole unit. He found the problem and solved it immediately.

My A/C unit has given the iAir technicians some tough challenges, such as an illusive shorted out wire. They've approached each issue with diligence & professionalism, and my A/C was fixed. I'm impressed by every aspect of iAir including their very pleasant office staff who listen carefully & have gotten us on the schedule quickly. Their technicians have explained the issues clearly, and they've been tenacious in making sure everything is fixed. I feel confident that they're professionals who know what they're doing. They also show up on schedule, and if they say they'll get the part we need in a day, they'll really have it in a day unlike another company that kept me hanging (next week, no... two more weeks). I'm an extremely satisfied customer.

Update: My units continued to have issues after my technician came out. Three visits later, he had me considering replacing the entire unit. I called on a second opinion, and the only thing wrong was that my drain line was clogged. This was an inexpensive fix that took only about 30 minutes to diagnose. iAir has serviced my unit only a few weeks ago, and I assumed blowing the drain line should have been a part of that. I’m not sure why this wasn’t a part of my annual service, or why this issue wasn’t at least diagnosed on three separate visits. It’s disappointing. I am giving 2 stars because the company was very responsive, but overall I am dissatisfied.

Daniel, my technician, did an excellent job. The issue with my unit was diagnosed quickly, the problem was taken care of, and the charge was very reasonable. I have been using iAir Services for years, and they are the best. Daniel was particularly pleasant to work with and took the time to answer the few questions that I had in a thoughtful and easy-to-understand manner.

I've only ever had great experiences with Intelligent Air Services. I've had a few issues with my a/c over the years, and they have always been quick to respond, friendly, and do whatever they can do keep my costs low.

Mike is always extremely helpful and kind. We appreciate how quickly intelligent air comes out when we have any issues or need our filters changed for our commercial space/salon.

Right before we moved into our new house our entire AC system went out and needed to be replaced. In typical fashion the home warranty was useless and the company they sent out provided terrible service and wasn’t helpful. I was frantically getting bids for the replacement system because it was 100+ degrees in the house. I went through five different HVAC companies in the process who all claimed they would be able to provide the best service and get a final approval for the Austin Energy Home Performance with ENERGY STAR® Rebate + Loan program. The amount of dishonest and overpriced bids that I received for substandard equipment blew my mind. In my last attempt to find a provider I called iAir Services and had the pleasure of speaking with LaCounte. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the entire process. All work was completed to the specifications of the Austin Energy Home Performance program and the equipment provided was all high quality. The price came out to be exactly where our budget needed to be and we received amazing service with great communication from the entire team at iAir Services. I highly recommend them and have started referring them to friends and family. We look forward to a long-lasting relationship with iAir Services for any future needs we might have. Michael Davis was the technician that came to service our air conditioner after our unit began backing up and flooding our sons room. Michael was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. He was able to have our unit fixed and operational very quick with advice on how to keep the unit working at it's optimum level. Me and my husband had Mike, the HVAC tech come out and help us with our system that kept freezing up. He was very knowledgeable on walking us through our parts and ordering, and the prices were fair. He let us know everything step-by-step highly recommend him!!!

iAir quickly responded and devoted a great deal of attention to troubleshooting our AC system, getting it back in working order without even having to install any new parts. We had been without AC for 6 weeks because a previous company had Misdiagnosed the issue and had us waiting for months on a replacement part. We finally gave up, called Intelligent Air and they had it up and running within hours! These guys are the real deal: local, honest, Trustworthy and competent. They have a new long term customer! Highly recommended.

iAir installed our HVAC unit in our home a few years ago, and we've had a few follow up service appointments since then to diagnose and troubleshoot some issues. When things don't work perfectly, that can be frustrating, but two things about iAir stand out that have made me really pleased to give them my business: 1. The owner stepped in to resolve our concern when we had initial problems, and he was very responsive and showed that he's a man of his word, so iAir has earned my trust. 2. Big kudos to their technician, Michael Davis, who knows his stuff, is great at keeping us informed of progress during his work, and all-around has been a pleasure to work with.

Michael Davis has come to our rescue again. With all of the recent rain we started to get a fault alam on our control panel. After the fault popping up over and over the sytem finally shut down. Michael was able to trace the fault to what appears to have been a sensor that shorted out. Michael got the part ordered and was back the following morning to replace it had our system back into normal operation. In the meantime, to keep our system running he found a work-around. Since the sensor was related to the "heat", he put the heating into bypass (shut off) since it was not needed this time of year. Michael is friendly. He is professional. He is thorough. He explains what is going on as he performs the work. If I could bump this up to six stars I would. Bravo to Intelligent Air and Michael Davis. Thanks again.

I have been using intelligent air for quite some time. I have consistently had Mike Davis as my technician and can’t say enough wonderful things about him! He is beyond professional, takes the time to explain things in a way I can understand, and is thoroughly knowledgeable! Plus I love that he’s equally amazing to my mom who is also a long time intelligent air user!

I have had a lot of issues with our mini split AC system. Everytime there’s an issue, Mike Davis is able to identify the problem, lay out the possible options, and able to fix the issue. Mike really knows how these systems work and is the technician I trust the most. He even offers up his personal number should something stop working correctly after he leaves the appointment and will return. Due to number of issues and dollars spent on replacing parts of this system, I can’t give this a 5 star rating. But I do appreciate iAir’s responsiveness and willingness to help.

Our issues were multiple but after several attempts we finally got heat. Michael was the best and even came out after dark to try to get the heat strips working. They do stick with it till they find the issues. I would hire them again.

Miguel stopped by to check my indoor and outdoor unit for a preventative maintenance. He did a fantastic job explaining everything he was going to check and even rinsed off my outdoor condenser unit coils. He thoroughly checked out my attic unit and made sure it was running optimally. He checked and cleared out my condensate line just to be sure there wasn’t any debris obstructing the line. Great job!

Wow, thank you, and highly recommend are the words that come to mind when thinking about my experience with intelligent air service. It’s the Texas summer with a record breaking number of days over 100. I had an AC unit blowing hot air - of course it always happens on a Saturday! They had someone out to assess the unit within 12 hours. I knew it was old (1997!) and just a matter of time. They had a new unit installed inside and out the next day! And, at a price MUCH cheaper than the other companies I called. Quality work, done quickly. What more can you ask for? They were professional and communicative through the entire process. They’re honest, fair and do great work. 5 stars!
