We are a property management company and with the recent cold snap the temperatures drop down to 26, I had two different addresses lose heat. I contacted Blue Wave Heating and Air, and not only did they respond the same day within an hour. We have a lot of homes and we require serves all the time. Hands down, the best customer service we have experienced. They are a good value and to boot, my tenants both loved the technician taking time to explain why in each case the heater failed and in one case how to keep it from happening again.

Brian is always super helpful and does an excellent job. We recommend his company to anyone needing hvac work.

Awesome company. Bryan came at 8pm in eve after I had already been without AC for 3 days with 107 degree temperatures. Point on with diagnosis which my previous AC company had misdiagnosed. So I had 2 other hvac companies out before to try and repair ac system. System was only 3 years old on new construction. They couldn't figure out the issue. Called Blue Wave and he found the issue and repaired it after getting the parts. Ever since then I refuse to use anyone else. I have a maintenance contract with them and it has already paid off AGAIN. Just had condenser replaced under warranty with a healthy discount due to my maintenance contract. Highly recommend Bryan and his team. They are honest and knowledgeable. I rarely ever review places but I felt compelled to share my experiences.

2/6/2026- HVAC maintenance found the unit inside had built up some kind of growth that looked very unhealthy to this old nurse! They cleaned the entire unit inside & out to a near brand new look very efficiently. Pictures shown before & after tell you they are not afraid to have their unseen work evaluated. Very fair cost and always upfront with it before starting. Such integrity and transparency is rare in many home service companies. I trust their employees & the quality work.

Summer 2022 Heat wave capacitor fail😳
Bryan was right on time! Texted when he was on the way with an on target arrival . I appreciated his education about how the system worked & he went into the attic with this high temp at 5:30pm! I will use this company & specifically Bryan, for the fall/summer seasonal check ups. Thank you for coming today ! Not many companies will make efforts to come on the same day! See you again for my fall/winter maintenance check up!

I called Bryan because a tech from another company wanted to replace my outdoor unit. It was going to cost $3600 and I wanted to get some other quotes. Bryan answered right away and suggested trying to fix it vs replacing it. He spent all day out here diagnosing it (far more than the technician from the other company did) and replaced 1 part. The AC now runs great, better than it has in years.

Bryan was very professional and I feel like he went the extra mile to make sure everything was working perfect. The first tech put to much freon in and if I had them replace the outside unit, the issue would not have been resolved. Bryan cleaned the unit out and stayed for a good period after the fix to make sure the pressure and temperature levels were as expected. I have already given Bryan's info to several other people because I was so impressed.

I am a small higher end remodel contractor and im very picky about craftsmanship on my projects. I use Blue Wave on all my projects. I could get it done cheaper other places but with Bryan I don’t have to worry about a thing. I don’t have to baby sit, I don’t have to nit pick anything, and I never have him out for call backs. Everything is always perfect the first time. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience hiring Blue Wave for a unique problem I had in my home. Gave Brian a call, explained the project, and setup a time to have a consult/quote. He showed up, understood the problem entirely, entertained all my questions (new homeowner), and gave me a very reasonable estimate.

He was extremely efficient, polite, and communicative throughout the install, and I'm sure on larger projects requiring more labor, anyone helping will follow his lead. He knocked out an issue that has plagued this house for over a decade in 2 days, a third for cleanup and airflow tuning.

They did a great job. My tenant at a rental had their AC go out on a weekend. I contacted Blue Wave after hours and they called me back the same night, then got to the house the following day and did the repairs to get the AC working. I was very impressed with the quick and great service!
