Oscar Wade did an excellent job installing a new circuit for my tankless water heater. He showed and explained what he did and even noticed my surge protector was not functioning and replaced it. I’ve used Salt for both plumbing and electrical over the last couple of years and always been completely satisfied.

Prompt, professional and nice, reset the toilet which really needed to be taken care of. The pipes had already drained themselves but the camera equipment was helpful in finding important future issues. Felix was great! It was after hours on a Sunday but he was very kind and didn’t rush.

Excellent Experience with SALT!
I live in Georgetown, Texas, and recently had SALT move an electrical outlet in my family room. They arrived right on time, were professional, friendly, and did excellent work. The outlet relocation looks perfect — neat, precise, and exactly what I wanted. It’s great to have such a reliable and professional company here in Georgetown. I highly recommend SALT for any electrical work!

I had SALT perform an install on a Rivian wall charger for the garage. Austin, the technician, was on time, articulate, thorough, and prepared to complete the job fully. He described each step and consulted me before making any decisions on placement, dry wall cutting, and options for main panel vs sub-panel. He stayed and made sure it was working before he left and cleaned up all of the debris and dust.

Your technician, Tommy Garcia, was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained his plan of action, carried out his diagnostics and reviewed in detail what he found. He then put a get well plan together and reviewed the options/pricing with me and my wife. we'll done!

Marcos did an amazing job!! I was super impressed with how personable and knowledgeable both of the guys are. They fixed the wiring on my fan and explained everything in full detail. I will definitely be using this company in the future for my home needs. Very impressed!

Felix Martinez was very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful and patience answering all our questions. Next day service. He performed a yearly inspection of the plumbing for the entire house, cost included in the membership, and addressed a couple of concerns we had. He also made some cost savings recommendations. Will recommend their services for Plumbing, Electrical, and AC/Heating and their membership for all of these.

We are SALT customers and the service never disappoints. Tommy G. helped us with a few electrical needs and he was beyond professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Provided practical answers and real advice to all our questions. We’ll continue to use SALT for our home services.

Tommy was great. Very thorough and explained everything that SALT could do for us. We are deciding on whether to move forward on the quote or not. But we appreciate Tommie and SALTs same-day turnaround and for coming out to our house to look at the items we want to install.

Tony was incredible. He was courteous and timely, explained everything in detail, provided photos and explored options for my electrical repair without being pushy on other services. We had our bi-annual hvac maintenance October 2025 with Eric L. He was professional and thorough and explained everything thoroughly. We included the maintenance services with the purchase of our AC unit and it has been fantastic. We highly recommend Salt. All of their technicians have been great.

Christian L. was in charge of our electrical maintenance. He arrived with Mannie and they were both courteous and knowledgeable. What I appreciated the most about the team was their methodical process to check everything and helping to prioritize risk factors and repair. The teams at Salt are reliable and do honest work.

We called Salt for some elecrical issues and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. The response time was incredibly fast — our electrician showed up exactly when they said they would, which immediately put me at ease. What really stood out was how clearly everything was explained. Austin Potter was our electrician and he took the time to walk me through my options, answered all my questions without rushing, and helped us choose the best solution . The quality of the work was excellent, clean, and professional from start to finish. I’ll absolutely be calling them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable electrician.

Enzo Marciel did an amazing job. He was on time and worked quickly but thoroughly. His recommendations were clearly explained. Pleasant and friendly, I'd love to have him next time I need electrical work. He even put up with my crazy barky dog. 🐶

Very prompt and professional service. I booked an appointment online literally at 3am and Enzo arrived by lunchtime and had all work taken care of by 4. This included a the work I had requested along with a comprehensive review of all electrical systems in the home and a very reasonable and honest assessment of what was urgent versus what could be done over time along with a couple things i asked about just out of curiosity. In all, Enzo's work was excellent and I would have 100% tust and confidence in him with future projects. Not to mention a 13 hour turnaround form cold contact to completion is quite remarkable!

During the routine inspection today of our 10 year old furnace, air handler, evaporator, and duct work, Salt technicians Logan and Ty discovered 3 issues that could cause potential failures in the near future. They explained each finding clearly, answered all our questions, and addressed all our concerns. Logan and Ty were very professional and extremely courteous, and the service they performed was outstanding! We have used Salt Service Company on our HVAC and electrical issues in the past and highly recommend them as their customer service and workmanship are excellent! Many thanks to Logan and Ty for the great job they did for us today.

Regan did fantastic electrical work for us recently.
He reinstalled a heavy light fixture that was about to fall off the ceiling , installed a remote send unit in a patio fan and installed exterior carriage lights. Expert electrical work completed efficiently with fair pricing!

Felix Martinez did an absolutely outstanding job on our plumbing issue. From start to finish, he was professional, thorough, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. He explained the problem with the P-trap and the branch line in simple terms so we understood exactly what was going on.

What really impressed us was how efficient and detail-oriented he was. Felix worked quickly but carefully, making sure the job was done right the first time. He treated our home with respect, cleaned up afterward, and made sure everything was flowing smoothly before he left.

It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, professionalism, and great customer service all in one, but Felix nailed it. We couldn’t be happier with the results, and we’ll definitely request him again for future services. Highly recommended!

While Joshua Mundy seemed knowledgeable as a licensed journeyman electrician, it seemed to take longer than previous electricians to do the same task. SALT was extremely overpriced in comparison with other electricians that performed the same task previously. I was trying to find a reasonable, reliable company for future maintenance and care for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical, which is why I thought trying this company out for something minor would be a good trial for that. Well, it cost way more than I expected but I now know my search continues for a reasonable, reliable company for my household. Also, the upselling and other estimates given seemed a bit much considering the reason for the visit. Just didn’t make sense. But that’s on me for not realizing the red flags of a company that has “task-based” pricing vs. “time-based” yet they can’t give you a price on any tasks.

We had a strange electrical issue, this is the first home we’ve ever owned and I didn’t know where to start. I set up a time (same day) for someone to come take a look. Jeremy was not only on time but early to the 3 hour window I was given. He was really detailed and explained everything in a way I could understand. I was given a lot of different options on how to proceed and walked through all of them. I ended up signing up for the membership and I’m feeling much more at ease king I can call and have them come out at any time. Highly recommend SALT, it was an easy process to get set up with an appointment and I am trying this review because Jeremy Barrera was so great to work with, polite, and timely. 10/10!

I called SALT and they got a technician out the same day and installed our water filter and softening system the next day. Brian showed up on time and ready to work. Him and his partner did an amazing job on our install and with a smile. I will be using SALT for our needs in the future.
