What I thought was going to be a typical slap fix, turned out to be the most thorough , detailed, and expert job I have ever experienced.
I an so impressed with their work.
In the past, there was a lot of repairs on the repairs that were done, but I see all the future work will be the BEST!

Austin and Matt came to my house today to help me try to solve a rather intractable problem. They were very thorough in checking all the electrical lines, the breakers, the outlets to try to find the source of a problem with random tripping of one of the breakers. I was given multiple options as to the level of work that could be completed. The information was thorough but without a heavy sales push. I signed up for their Salt membership because I think it is a great way to maintain major AC/plumbing/electrical systems for a very reasonable price. Let me say again, there was no hard sell. Both gentlemen were respectful of my home and put every thing back as it was. It was the best service experience I have had in a long time.

I recently had an issue with my breaker box and reached out to Salt for help. Tommy arrived promptly first thing Monday morning—right on time, which was a huge relief. What really stood out was his thoughtful gesture: he even asked if he could pick up a coffee for me on the way over. That’s the kind of personal touch you don’t see every day, and it made the whole experience feel genuinely caring.

Tommy handled the repair efficiently and professionally, explaining everything clearly along the way. While no one enjoys unexpected repair costs, his expertise and friendly attitude made the process smooth and stress-free. I’m so impressed that I’ll definitely be calling Salt again for any future electrical needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, top-notch service!

We had multiple electrical issues that needed to be addressed at our home. Mr Regan Carpenter came and gave us some options. We selected the one that worked best for us. He came back the next day and took care of it. He was very professional, courteous and efficient. Highly recommend.

Update: I have no also worked with Marcos and OJ and they and their team did a FANTASTIC job on our electric needs, installing exterior lights and a hot tub! We will continue to call SALT for all our needs.

Mr. Justin Wright is an elite electrical technician. His performance is behond recognition and exceptionally above all safety standards and codes. The moment he stepped foot in my residence and recieved the details from my wife. He immediately knew the problem with my circuit breakers before he opened my circuit breaker box. His actions and extraordinary skills impressed my wife and I. We recognized and witnessed him as a phenomenon top notch electrical technician that words cannot explain his professionalism. He is also the best salesman which made me and my wife joined SALT. We would like to recommend Mr. Wright and Mr. Spencer a 5 star promotion and 5 star raised. UPDATE:
I recently had the pleasure of working with Tony Cervantes. I had some "challenges" with the smoke/carbon monoxide detectors in my home. Since then, I decided to install a surge protector on my home and when I called SALT, I specifically requested Tony. Once again - great job! Showed up on time, did the job quickly, and provided me with images of the work that had been done. Once again, SALT did a great job and, yes, I would highly recommend them.

I have been a SALT customer for about three years and yesterday I had the pleasure of working with Tony Cervantes & Manny Comacho who performed my Electrical Tune-up. They called to inform me that they were on their way, showed up when they said they would, performed a thorough review of my home, provided me with a detailed summary of what they did (including video) and did everything in a timely manner.

I have been very pleased with all of the technicians that I have worked with at SALT and would highly recommend them.

I just moved into my home less than three weeks ago, and I can confidently say that working with Oscar (OJ) has been one of the absolute best experiences I have had with any professional service. He did not just bring my home up to standard, he elevated it far beyond what I thought possible.

OJ upgraded my electrical system from 120 amps to 200 amps flawlessly, carefully labeling and marking every line. He has a true gift for this work. It was like watching a wizard at work as he tracked down every circuit in my house, even those hidden in the attic, and made sure they were properly secured. One of the biggest surprises was when he brought my bathroom vent fan back to life. It had not worked since the original owners lived here, and in a single visit he had airflow restored and the space functioning like new.

What sets OJ apart is more than just his technical expertise, it is who he is as a person. He is professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated, but also incredibly genuine and easy to be around. He takes time to explain things clearly, he treats your home like his own, and you can tell he truly takes pride in his craft.

SALT is very fortunate to have a professional of his caliber on their team. Without question, I will personally be requesting Oscar for any future electrical work, no matter how long the wait. This company is fantastic! We had a plumbing issue and they came out to help within 2 hours. Grant was a true professional! He was knowledgeable, courteous, and got it handled in a timely manner. On top of that, the area was clean as if nothing happened. I truly appreciate this type of service and would highly recommend.

Patrick is amazing!!! I literally could not wait to write a review, he was quick, professional and worked so very hard to fix our restaurant’s major plumbing issue today. Could not be more pleased with our whole experience! Couldn’t be happier with service provided by Barry. Extremely quick appointment and timely arrival on schedule with notifications. Complete drain line cleared ( p-trap was not problem) and cleaned from kitchen sink to main exit line with good coaching on maintaining health of plumbing.
Would not hesitate to call RR again and request Barry.

These guys are terrific. Years ago Mark fixed a bathroom sink that two other plumbers just could not do. So when we had an overflow this time I called them immediately. They got the job done and worked with me on a price. I appreciate Barry, Mark, Pete and the team.

Finished up dinner & started the dishes. Figured out pretty quickly that we had a drain issue. Water was pooling & even with the disposal going, nothing was going anywhere. Jason & the Roto-Rooter team came out & fixed it before bedtime. No mess left behind. Highly recommended!

I made my appointment online which was very simple. And my service technician arrived promptly. Grant was very nice and explained everything before he started. He also educated me on how to avoid this same problem in the future. I highly recommend Roto Rooter and Grant.

Excellent service. Fast and efficient. Brad gave us a free estimate up front and also gave us a seniors discount. I had the him replace two valves under my bathroom sink and the procedure took less than a hour. He replaced everything including connecting hoses to the faucet. Highly recommended.
