Justin came out to a late call to help with a tenant’s plumbing issue. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly and efficiently. The team at Roto-Rooter has been my go-to for plumbing services for over a year now and they always provide great service.

Barry was amazing! He fixed our shower drain, which had been clogged for weeks, in no time. He also tackled an issue with our toilet bidet that no one else could figure out. Barry was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend his services to anyone needing a reliable plumber!

Justin was awesome. They came out at 12pm, explained things thoroughly and fixed our plumbing issue quickly. They didn’t overcharge for after hours care either. Definitely will use them again

Justin was very helpful in getting my main outside drain unclogged (nothing would drain out of the house) in a same day appointment. He didn't have a camera but arranged for a camera tech to come out the next day to see what caused the blockage and we found a plastic saucer wedged in the drain pipe. We were able to knock it out and now I'm confident we won't have another main-line clog again.

Tech came Christmas Eve. Did a fantastic job, Very thorough. Couldn't have been happier.

Grant, Auden and Jude did a fantastic job fixing our urgent plumbing issue. They came out the same day, gave a very competitive quote and left me with the peace of mind I needed. They were so kind and professional and communication was clear and open. Will definitely call them again if needed!

First rate. The woman on the phone couldn't have been nicer and called regularly to keep me apprised of when they would arrive for sewer line jet clean. Mark was the tech, and he was very pleasant and competent and got right to work. The family didn't even know he was here. Mark took care of a pretty major clean out (90 feet) without any hassle or even noise. First rate operation, everyone with whom I interacted was great, I will not use anyone else. Cost was very reasonable. Strongly recommend!

Justin was great. He came the morning of 4th of July, and got us taken care of right away. He was efficient and pleasant and just absolutely great to work with. Will definitely be a return customer.

Happy with the people that were here. Were helpful and informative. Five stars to the individuals. What I wouldn’t give 5 stars to is the cost. They helped diagnose and ran a scope but my problem still exists the same way it did before they came. I paid almost $500 for this. Should have been probably half that amount.

Grant with roto-rooter came in the middle of the night and was able to clear our main drain. He was very knowledgeable and explained his entire process which helped us understand what he was doing which was greatly appreciated. Great service all around.

I had a last minute plumbing emergency and could not be more impressed! Justin was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. And although the problem was bigger than expected Justin was able to explain in detail and someone else would have to come out the following day. After doing all that work, Just did not charge me anything, which I was blown away by. I can't say enough wonderful things about Justin!

Barry Livingston and his assistant, Shane showed up this morning promptly to address an issue with one of my toilets. They were very polite and knowledgeable; and after I told them what issues there were, it was recommended to change the
15 yo builder’s toilet for a new one. They left for a bit to pick one up, and returned to install it. The job was done thoroughly with excellent service. The rate was also a very fair amount. I was more than satisfied. Will continue to use these guys!!

Justin came out at a very late hour and did an excellent job for me. He had the sink cleared in about 20 minutes and left me with a free gallon of grease cutter to use periodically. He was very nice.

Scheduled online really easily and next day Ryan was prompt to show up 30 minutes early. Very friendly, very knowledgeable. He educated us on our possible next steps and then put us in touch with his master plumber, Mark, who came later that day and was also extremely nice and efficient. Once he was done he even asked if we needed him to look at anything else plumbing wise and he fixed an issue we had with a toilet in another bathroom. They definitely put us at ease with this nightmare of a situation and we are grateful.

Bradley helped us with a tricky leaking of the outdoor sink. He was professional opening up the troubled wall and fixe the pipe. The impressive point is that he carefully left the wooden structure inside the wall intact to make sure there aren't future problems due to this repair. I will not hesitate to contact Roto-Rooter again for my plumbing needs.
