Daniel was awesome! He fixed my dryer very fast he was in and out in an hour I am VERY happy!! He was amazing and I have no complaints! My only “negative “ feed back is that I wish they brought their own vacuum to clean out the dryer. But I still give a 5/5 !

Daniel was excellent! He came out to diagnose our issue, told us he would get the part in within two to three days which was accurate, and took less time to repair the washer then he initially stated. I would definitely call on him again to repair our washer and dryer.

I didn't get a repair done but when I called, they're estimate was a lot better than another repair company. What I was impressed with was their honesty about checking with my fridge manufacturer as it could be under the part warranty, which other places didn't suggest. It was under indeed warranty, but I have them on my list for next time.

Ray was very helpful he had very great communication skills and found out what was wrong with my dryer instantly and even fixed it in less than 10 minutes !! My dryer drum wasn't spinning and I thought the motor had died but Daniel took it apart and found that the belt had simply broken and he had a replacement on his truck and installed it quickly and charged much less than I expected which was a relief because I had worried about expensive motor replacement costs

My oven temperature was off by fifty degrees causing baking disasters for weeks until I finally bought a thermometer to confirm suspicions, and Daniel recalibrated the thermostat accurately while teaching me how to verify accuracy periodically myself, transforming frustrating kitchen failures into perfect results and his educational approach made the service fee feel worthwhile beyond just the mechanical adjustment.

My oven wouldn't heat to the correct temperature and was ruining my cooking results consistently every time. They came out and recalibrated everything and replaced a worn part and now it works perfectly and heats accurately and I can finally bake and cook properly again without constantly worrying about temperatures
