My oven's broiler element stopped working and I couldn't finish cooking certain dishes the way I wanted but they came out and tested the element and confirmed it was burned out and installed a new one and tested it thoroughly to make sure it heated evenly across the entire surface before considering the job complete and leaving

My freezer compressor was loud enough to hear throughout the entire house and guests kept asking what that noise was which embarrassed me, and their fast turnaround servicing it and adding sound dampening material made such a difference in home comfort that I actually enjoyed having people over again without constant questions about mysterious mechanical sounds.
