The people that work at precision appliance are 100% professional and really understand the stress that you are under when an important Appliance breaks down. My washer broke down On Thursday. Precision Appliance Repair was amazing. They got me scheduled right away, were prompt, and professional. My dryer was fixed the same day, though we got lucky they had the parts needed! Andrew did a great job and I will definitely use them in the future.

Gas dryer stopped igniting and heating. Jennifer returned my call within minutes and scheduled Philipp to come out asap. He called first to give me a time window and was prompt and courteous. We felt like he was very knowledgeable and fixed the dryer. I like their warranty and will keep their card for future issues with the rest of our aging appliances. It was nice to conduct business with an honest repair company.

Contacted Precision Appliance Repair on a Saturday morning. I expected a call back Monday, but was contacted within minutes! My oven was repaired that day. Philip is so knowledgeable. He knew exactly what was wrong and brought the part and repaired the oven quickly. He has been so helpful with repairing my old appliances.

Very thorough, reliable and honest. Suggested our dishwasher not worth repairing because saw droppings underneath. Couldn't be sure to replace all the damaged parts. He could have tried to repair it and been able to charge more service fees. Came back next day to look again after pest control had been by.

My home warranty company dispatched Precision for a few appliance repairs, which were all completed in a timely, efficient, and thorough manner. In the meantime, another issue came up that my warranty wouldn't cover. Philipp sent me a quote, but mentioned that the parts needed might actually have come with my appliance. Sure enough, he was right, which saved me around $200!! Precision is an honest, knowledgeable, and reliable company that I'd be happy to do business with again anytime.

I got Precision Appliance as an AHS customer, after another vendor was incompetent in replacing my exhaust hood fan. Precision was competent, courteous, creative, kept me updated throughout the part arrival process - overall perfect.

I am so impressed with Precision, and more specifically the technician, Phillip. We had an LG washer not draining or spinning. Phillip came in with an idea on what the problem was and brought the necessary parts required. Needless to say, Phillip diligently repaired the washer and ensured there were no leaks or draining issues. On top of that, he was punctual and extremely courteous. I will be using Precision for any other appliance repairs in the future. Thanks again Phillip!

Dryer belt broke. Luckily, Precision Appliance was the first search result I looked at. My call was immediately answered. Set up an appointment for 2 days out. Phillip, the owner (family business) was at my door on time. Very friendly and professional. Phillip had the dryer opened up and diagnosed quickly (Luckily, I had recently stayed at a holiday Inn express so knew exactly what he was talking about). Phillip had the parts on hand, quickly repaired and did a little preventive maintenance. Very reasonable price. Great experience.

Phillip came out to address a concert with our washing machine. He messaged us before arrival and e was clean polite and friendly. He reviewed our issue, inspect d the machine and explained what he did and why he did it. He also provided us with a quote for full repair and recommended that because of the cost of repair, that we'd be better off getting a new washer, but if we wanted to move forward with the repair, we had 30 days and the service charge would be applied to the repair. I now have "a guy" for appliance repair. And it's Phillip with Precision Appliance Repair.

YES YES YES!! HONEST and FAST!! 🥰💝 Our washing machine started making a CRAZY noise, so we contacted Precision. Philip came ON TIME and he was exceptional! He looked us in the eyes when we shook hands. 😊 He took some things apart and then found a "screw". This was the CAUSE, of course! He waived the $99 service charge fee because he did the work for us and charged us for that. The charge was VERY FAIR! He could have told us anything bcuz neither my husband nor I know anything about appliances, but he was COMPLETELY HONEST! THANK YOU VERY MUCH, PHILIP!! Your customer service was EXCEPTIONAL!!
