Philipp, the technician, correctly diagnosed the problems I was experiencing with my range top, as well as my washing machine. He ordered the part and 48 hours later, he replaced it, and all is working great now! Philipp not only was knowledgeable and courteous - he also showed me the issues and explained what was wrong, and how he would fix it. I was extremely impressed. Kudos to a local business winning over customers the old fashioned, tried and true way -- with EXCELLENT SERVICE!

I can't recommend Precision Appliance Repair highly enough. When I was experiencing an issue with my washing machine, I contacted Precision based on their stellar reviews. They were very responsive and gave me a timeframe within a day of me contacting them. Then, Phillip came out right on time and diagnosed the issue. He was very professional and very friendly. He also took time to check out the entire washing machine to ensure that no additional issues were potentially lurking. I highly recommend Precision for any appliance issues and will contact them again without hesitation in the future!

Another great experience with week with Precision this week. Husband and wife small business. They handle repair/replacement of all appliances except refrigerators. Jennifer manages the office and husband Phillip races around in the field. Our dryer was working up again this visit. Appt confirmed within a couple days of initial contact, Phillip arrived on time. Minor repair completed in less than 30 minutes. Reasonable pricing! Highly recommend these folks!

"It's tough to find good help these days"... I cannot begin to count the number of times I have heard that over the years! I found GREAT help for a dryer repair thanks to recommendations from neighbors. Philipp stopped by this AM and fixed a dryer in less than 45 minutes. The cost was very reasonable. We'll likely get several more years out of the appliance now. Easy to schedule (via his wife Jennifer) and arrived on time! Highly recommend Phillip (and Jennifer) of Precision Applicance Repair!

Philipp came out this morning and fixed the dryer. I knew it was a belt issue. He had all the parts and pieces and it was fixed in 10 minutes. Talk about service!! I would definitely recommend these guys.

Technician Philipp was great! He was on time when he made the installation commitment and kept me informed of any changes and/or concerns. He was very thorough in the installation and cleaned up after himself. My dishwasher worked right the first time after installation! Very courteous as well...both him and his office staff very easy to deal with and very truthful.He comes highly recommended!!! Will use again in future!

This business deserves more than 5 stars. I was very impressed with the company from start to finish. Jennifer handles the office and Philipp is the technician and both were absolutely fantastic to work with. I wanted to replace the rubber door boot in my 13 year old washing machine and service the equally ancient dryer. They responded quickly to my call, gave me a detailed and reasonably priced quote over the phone, ordered and received the new part, set up the appointment, showed up when they said they would, and carried out the work quickly and efficiently. Philipp cleaned up after his work and even wiped down the gross floors around the machines, showed me the work he was doing at various stages, and gave me some tips to keep the machines running well, all of which I greatly appreciated. I would absolutely have Precision Appliance come back to do more repairs if I need them. Thank you so much Jennifer and Philipp!

Extremely pleased with the repair work done by Precision Appliance Repair! I've had them out to my house twice for appliance repair and I'd rate them 12-out-of-10 each time. I've had my oven repaired by Philip, and my washer & dryer repaired by Philip and Andrew. Complete professionals; on time (and called 15 minutes before they were to arrive); very friendly and patient with my MANY questions; completed the oven work (new control panel and unclogged my gas burners) in 30 minutes; completed my washer & dryer work (new roller and locking switch) in about an hour. They also threw in a new flex exhaust hose for my dryer to eliminate the kinking problems I was having with my old aluminum hose.
I can't rave enough about my experience with P.A.R. -- Philip and his wife own & operate this company, and if exceptional service by a locally-owned business is something important to you, then Precision Appliance Repair should be your #1 call for any appliance issue you may have.

Great with communication, very punctual and knowledgeable, and even resealed and replaced something that wasn't the immediate problem because it looked like it may be a problem in the future! It's a husband and wife business and they were great!
