They are amazing! They went above and beyond. I had a water leak from the garbage disposal. I called them but I did not have money to pay them. I told them about my situation. I have a daughter with special needs and I take care of her. I asked them if I can pay them with cookies. The technician thought I was kidding but then he realized I was being serious and acceded of helping me with the garbage disposal leak. I really needed help and they were kind enough to help me in this difficult situation. If I could I would give them 10 star rating. If you need a honest and kind plumbing company give them a call, they are nice people

I found this company on google to flush my tankless water heater. I reached out and they connected me to a plumber. One of the men came to our house and brought another employee too. The main person took the payment and left the employee to do the work. I asked for an invoice and he didn’t give me anything at all. The employee who was left to do the work was inexperienced. The employee “did his job” and left. I don’t know anything about flushing the water heater so I was trusting these guys to do the work right. After the employee left, half of my house was not getting hot water anymore. I tried to contact the main guy who didn’t answer until the next day. I figured out that the employee had turned off a switch and didn’t turn it back on. I fixed that myself as it was simple enough. The employee also ended up leaving the pipes leaking on two sides of our house causing dripping and leakage in the walls and into my house. I found water all over my garage floor and in my living room seeping in from where the water heaters are located. The leaking water caused damage to the floorboards. I messaged the main guy again to have him check the water heaters to make sure nothing else was messed up. He came to our house and instead of checking the problem he got upset that I was pointing out what was wrong. He did not check anything and stormed off. I haven’t been able to reach anyone at the company or the people who actually came to do the work. Disappointed in the quality of service. I hired people because I didn’t know how to do the job myself, but they left me with more work to do and caused damage.

We had a water heater leak on a Saturday and after several calls Cedar Park plumbers was the only that was able to come out that day. Ivrin was knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job replacing the water heater. They had reasonable costs as well. Would highly recommend this company

We had a shower issue and I called several places. Another company was able to get us in (just happened to be the first one I called) but I would absolutely call Cedar Park Plumbers next time as my first option. I spoke with Ivan, the plumber and he was very professional, transparent, and working to get to us quickly. His estimations were very manageable. I will keep their number for future issues. Their pricing is also really good. If it weren't for the timing which was really just luck of the draw, I would have opted to go with them.

I was in need of an emergency plumbing company and they were the only one that picked up the phone. They even came on a weekend. Thumbs up

I own a rental house in Cedar Park and I had an emergency with a couple of projects that needed to be fixed ASAP. First, my water heater is in the attic and my tenant informed me that there was no hot water in the whole house. The second problem was that when the tenant flushed the toilet there was water backing up to the bathtub. He tried to use the plunger to see if he could get the toilet unclogged but after spending almost an hour trying to unclog it he finally gave up.

All this happened over the weekend and I was out of town. I needed a plumber ASAP cause the tenant had some visitors and he was already frustrated. After calling multiple plumbing companies in the area nobody was available or they simply did not pick up the phone.

Finally, I found Cedar Park Plumbers and I was surprised they picked up the phone at 8pm on a Saturday. I explained what was going on and within 30 minutes they sent a plumber out to my property. He took pictures of the water heater and sent them to me explaining that it was an old unit and needed to be replaced. My water heater has an expansion tank and he gave me a detailed explanation of why I needed another expansion tank.

After that, he ran a camera to find the problem of the clogged line and found some tree roots in the sewer line. The toilet paper could not go through and got stuck causing the clog. He read his machine to remove the roots and unclogged the line. He told me that that was a temporary solution but once you have roots in the pipe they will grow again to the point where they can brake the pipe much worse.

Anyways, he had a brand new water heater and also installed it and the same night he fixed the 2 problems that were causing stress. I’m very very grateful to Cedar Park Plumbers for their availability and for helping me solve these 2 problems. I highly recommend them.

I was extremely impressed by the Proven plumbing team with their work on a main water line repair for me. It was a stressful situation with tons of water leaking- the team worked efficiently, communicated well with me in real-time, and got the issue resolved same day. Not only was the service excellent, it was the day after the holidays so I know they were short staffed. From top down, can’t recommend this local company enough.

I was really happy with our plumber Chad but unfortunately I forgot the other guy's name, maybe started with a J. They were both so kind and happy to explain everything. They were able to come the same day and got the work done quickly. Don't hesitate to call these guys!

We had problems with our brand new furnace and Hector was quick to come out on the same day. He was very professional and knowledgeable, he was able to determine the reason why our furnace wasn’t working and was honest about our system still being under warranty and recommended reaching out to the builder first, to prevent our warranty from being voided. The water pressure to my house was way too high and I needed a replacement for my ancient water heater. They fixed both my problems and even identified (and addressed) some things about the old installation that needed to be brought up to code. Zero complaints 👍

Wonderful, inexpensive service. Two angle stops and a new toilet. 50% less than quoted by another company. I’ll miss the 40 year old toilet, but it was old and wax ring was breaking down.

Proven plumbing was excellent! Got a quote for a water heater replacement over the phone within minutes, and it was significantly more reasonable than every other price I’d gotten. I have used this company twice recently and have been thoroughly impressed. The first time, they replaced my leaking water heater just in time for an incoming cold front, they were incredibly responsive and got me an appointment for the very next day.
​Most recently, Zach came out to investigate a sewage smell in a closet. After checking the whole house, he honestly suggested we wait and see if it was just a dry p-trap in an unused tub rather than charging for unnecessary repairs. They are prompt, honest, and very easy to communicate with over the phone and text. Highly recommend!

Scheduled a quick replacement on a Saturday, handled the work professionally and on time, charged exactly what they quoted. Couldn’t be happier
