UPDATE 9/15/20: Had another HVAC replacement done last week, old unit was over 12-years old. Jon was very prompt, punctual, and also creative. Weather delayed installation, and he was able to suggest interim solutions. My go-to HVAC guys, professional, honest, and thorough.

I've used Jon and his team at Britton more than a dozen times for my various properties. Nothing but great experiences, always prompt, very professional, courteous, and excellent pricing. A number of my condos are high-end, and I especially like the fact that they are neat and leave the place tidy afterwards.

Britton Service Group is top notch!! Corrine in the office is always pleasant to speak with and polite. John is willing to go above and beyond. They have earned my business through the value, quality and professionalism they provide.

I have AC not cooling issue and called Britton Service Group. The technician came the next day and said everything is fine and I just don't have power supplied to the AC unit and recommend to replace the light switch.
I was a little suspicious but wait several hours to comfirm there was no improvement and called Britton again. The technician came back and said "oh my app must have been bad and shown last customer's data on the previous visit. And had to wait a few hours before able to investigate".
The third time he said it's more than likely there is leak in the coil but would cost $125 to detect. So he spent 1 minutes up on the attic and comfirmed the leak then charged me $125 and refused to add puron (it's waste of money and extra charge).
So I ended up spending close to $200 for confirmation that I need to replace the coid (but really recommend to replace the whole system for $58k to $61k).
Absolutely not recommend this business.

Outstanding customer service and professionalism. I received an in person estimate on Sunday when our HVAC had broken down (for the last time) and the unit was replaced with a high quality Carrier unit by Monday afternoon, followed by a quality control check my their outstanding technician John. The installation crew were top notch professionals. I very highly recommend this outfit.

Britton is always responsive, honest, and very reasonably priced! So glad we have found someone we can trust that can keep us cool during Texas summers!

AC breaking in the middle of the summer is something you get right on and when this happened over the weekend I went with Britton because of their good reviews. They did not disappoint. They were on-time courteous and quickly diagnosed the problem. The return visit to install the part needed was the same: professional and quick. If I have AC issues, I wouldn't hesitate to call them.

We have tried numerous AC service companies in Austin and have never been as satisfied as we are with Britton Service Group. We’ve had emergency type issues come up and they’ve always been able to come out the same day. Others will make you wait days or a week plus for emergency service. You can’t got wrong with Britton! We really appreciate their business!

Top Notch service! We had a major issue with an AC over the summer and Britton Service Group fixed the issue then helped us figure out a way to save money on that cost plus become part of their program! We saved and had a service contract to save even more if we had more problems. Great deal for a 10 year old piece of equipment.

I purchased a new AC unit from Britton 6 months ago and it has went so well I went ahead and just purchased their maintenance plan. This was one of the best experiences I have ever had, I did not feel pressured and John is an amazing guy. If you are in the market for any HVAC needs I strongly recommend Britton.

I found Britton Svc Group by Googling 5 star AC service providers in Cedar Park when we were in a bind w/no AC at our small business. We've since used them twice in the past 60 days. The 1st call was to our business, they were extremely responsive, helpful and professional. 2nd call was to replace an AC unit at our home. We received the same outstanding service...responsive, courteous, professional. Steve came out and followed up after installation and did some fine tuning. Corinne is the most friendly and helpful person to work with. We highly recommend the team at Britton!

I called Britton on the basis of positive web reviews and now I see why they are rated so highly. Nick was great! Came to fix our AC on a hot summer day and had us back up and running in no time. Went out of his way to help us understand what was going on and what needed to be done to fix the issue. Pricing was very reasonable as well.

Can't say enough about how we have been treated by Neal and Corrine and the rest of the Britton Service Group Klan. I had 5 estimates and chose Britton because of Neal's initial visit to our home. There was no doubt he was the most knowledgeable and experienced representative that visited our home. One of the things he immediately recognized was the return air in our home was too small and needed another one added. He also went out of his way and worked with me on running thermostat wires to the new unit as to keep them hidden on the outside of our home. Within just a few hours of calling Britton Service Group for my A/C issue, Jon arrived at my house, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it at a reasonable rate. He was very knowledge, professional, and courteous. I definitely recommend them.

Just had my entire HVAC system replaced by Britton Service Group. The house had the original 40+ year old inside unit and it was time! Very competitive on pricing (got 3 other quotes). Did the installation within a day of giving them the go ahead. Quick to remove the old system and install all of the new components inside and out. They repaired the old support base and did a great job with the entire install. Very happy with how it all turned out.

Our AC unit went out on a Thursday. On Friday, we called around to almost no results.

Britton Service Group was the only company that were able to see us same day (other companies said they couldn't be out to our house until the following week). Corrine was the sweetest person over the phone and empathized with our need to fix the AC quickly, because of our dogs.

John was able to come out within a couple of hours, diagnose the problem, and fix the problem the following Monday. In other words, John was able to fix the entire problem before most companies offered to even get to our place! In the future, I'll only use Britton Service Group due to their prompt service, flexible schedules, and knowledgeable staff.

Jon Britton is a solid local A/C specialist you can and should call on. He is Cedar Park TX local and runs his own business and its obvious his heart is in it. Our experience was positive throughout; from restoring cool air on the weekend to bringing his friendly crew out to install a new system, everything was great. We thank you Jon Britton for his timely, professional and very reasonably priced services!

I want to start off by saying that my experience with Britton has been excellent. I submitted a question during the weekend not expecting to hear anything until the following business day but instead within an hour John called me personally to address my question and get me set up with the soonest appointment they had available. John also was the technician who came by my house and checked my system. I was very impressed with his patience while I explained my concerns with my current HVAC system and how he took the time to explain the options available to me as well as getting me an estimated quote within a few minutes.

EDIT (8 months later): If I could give 6 stars, I’d give them out. John is nothing short of a superstar. One of the most professional HVAC guys I’ve met and not one who is trying to sell you snake oil. He installed a full new system and despite there being a hiccup with the ordering he took full responsibility for it and did not make me jump through hoops to get it resolved. One of the best HVAC companies in the area!

My realtor recommended Britton Service Group to me and I've used them multiple times so far. We intially used them on a rental when the heat wasn't working in the winter and Jon worked tirelessly to figure out the problem. Due to that experience I decided to sign up for their VIP service to regularly maintain that system and mitigate any surprises. Most recently the AC at my primary home went out late at night and they were there the next day. Once we decided to replace the system they were able to get the entire job done the very next day. I trust Jon's assesments and recommendations based on my interactions with him and would recommend them to anyone. Great company.

Fantastic service! The weather was getting colder so Jon came out the very next day and worked until after dark in the cold to finish the job. I couldn't have gotten better service at a more reasonable price if my own family was in the heating and cooling business.

I have to say that Corinne, at the office was also fantastic.  She was astute, concerned, and responded quickly! Very impressive Customer Service.

I was hoping that the Yelp reviews I found online were authentic and accurate. I was very pleased to find that they were.  In this world there are people out to make a buck, and there are people who want to help. Jon and Corinne are the latter. No wonder so many reviewers think of them as family.
