We love our pool. Blake drew up a great design, Brock followed through on construction and Jimmy did some amazing lighting. I have a resort in my backyard!!!

I enjoyed meeting Dimitri today for the first time. He was professional and extremely respectful.
He also took the time to get acquainted with my dog!!

We evaluated several pool companies over the course of a year. This was our first time building a pool, so we had a lot of questions. From the very first call, Tim Ryan set Hauk apart from the crowd. His design was a natural extension of the things we love about our house and included our wish list of amenities. We wanted a back yard that was kid and adult friendly. We have three girls and wanted the pool and patio areas to have something for everyone.

Whether you’re building a house, pool or anything else, you’re going to face challenges and setbacks. Hauk was very responsive at every milestone and met every challenge with an adequate and timely response. While shopping for pool builders, this was the biggest unknown. Read through the reviews- Hauk is the real deal. Trustworthy and high quality service.

Overall we couldn’t be happier with Hauk and working with Tim. Wherever you’re in the research process, give Tim a call and have him come by. He’ll shoot you straight and add value and help you realize your vision for the backyard of your dreams.

I will apologize for the length of this review, but this has been such a unique experience I feel the need to share as many details as possible.
We are currently in the final stages of our pools construction right now (and weeks ahead of schedule I should add). We met with 5 different pool companies before a friend mentioned Hauk to us (ironically our friend did not use them when they built their pool but said they wished they had).
I had pretty much settled on another company but agreed to meet with Hauk to make my wife happy. Peter came out and right away I could tell he was nothing like most of the "salesman" that had been out prior. He was not rushed, allowed me to do most of the talking and he really didn't even seem concerned about the money discussion. I explained what we were looking for, and even shared that I was pretty settled on another company already. He simply asked that we give him a few days to come up with a design for us. When we met for our follow up, I was blown away. Peter had a design for us that looked nothing like the 5 previous companies. He incorporated rock/boulder, water falls, multi level decking and outdoor kitchen features that none of the others had even considered and did so in a way that showed off the pool from multiple views within our home - a design aspect I had never even considered. We promptly came to an agreement and signed on.
Seth our project manager took over once all the paperwork was complete and work commenced the very day after permits and HOA approval was received. I expected to see Seth a few times during the process but instead he reported to me on every new phase of the project, and provided updates as well in between. Between Peters incredible design and laid back, no pressure consultation, and Seth's being on top of every aspect of the build leaving virtually NO room for anything to go wrong and his 100% availability to me throughout the project, I knew we had made the right choice.
I grew more and more impressed though with each new phase that took place. Every contractor was prompt, professional, clean and neat and a genuine concern for our home. Each one far exceeded what I was expecting but I would be remiss if i didn't mention the rock crew specifically. These guys took multiple 4'-6' sheets of Oklahoma flagstone and painstakingly chiseled them down into 4"-6" bits to create beautiful dry stacked walls and features. their craftsmanship and attention to detail was absolutely without compare. Everyone that sees the pool coping/edging can't believe that every inch of it was hand carved to take on the beautiful curvy shape. Their work, as well as all of the crews Hauk uses, has been truly without compare.
Currently we have just plaster, and finish work to go. I just saw the friend that recommended Hauk to us a couple months back and told him that this experience with Hauk may very well be the single best purchase experience I have ever had. Between the attitude that the customer comes first, to the high level of service, professionalism, workmanship, attention to detail, and open and easy communication, my wife and I wholeheartedly recommend Hauk Custom Pools.

From the design process with Tim Ryan, we enjoyed our experience with Hauk Pools. He listened to what we needed/wanted/budget and made a design we love. Our PM Brock Brodwell was the perfect match for us. He patient, knowledge, and communication with us during the entire process was top notch.

We are thankful for Jimmy at Hauk Custom Pools for providing the lighting on our pool landscaping. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy throughout the entire process. We get so many compliments on our backyard lighting.

We got quotes from multiple pool builders and chose Hauk to do our pool. From the start of the process our sales guy Tim was great. He helped with design and picking out materials. He actually listened to what we were looking for. Seth was our project manager and he was awesome. He is very prompt to respond just like Tim and very knowledgeable. They finished our pool way above schedule which was great. We know a pool is a very big investment and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Love our pool! Kyle and Tim did a great job! They met every challenge and gave us exactly what we asked for. This is the second pool we've built. Used a different contractor the first time. Hauk uses craftsmen who pay attention to detail. Highly recommend!

This is my first fall with a pool and the leaves are falling. My special , thanks to the tech Steven , the supervisor Jared , the coordinator Gina and the manager for taking care of me today and helping explain how to properly service the pool pump when, and if, twigs get stuck in it. With little notice, a rep arrived within a couple of hours to help me with my problem.

Jordan at Hauk Pools was fabulous in assisting us in designing the renovation of our existing pool. The finished product exceeded our expectations and is really beautiful. Highly recommend Jordan and his team!!!

From the beginning of the process of design by Jason Green to the completion managed by Brock the project manager our experience couldn’t have been more exceptional. Although all of us had to live through some supply chain / sub-contractor delays the end result is incredible. Couldn’t have chosen a better company or people to work with. Always honest, knowledgeable, and totally involved. We are absolutely thrilled! Also need to thank Jimmy Jaresh the pool/lighting pro for his outstanding work. The lighting is amazing!

Tim is great at designing the pool and helping you decide what features fulfill your needs, Tim has always designed a pool we have been very happy with! The construction process is always very easy with the help from Dave who always keeps you updated on what is happening and when! Hauk does a wonderful job designing and building your dream pool and that’s why we use them for every home we build! We would highly recommend them!

We used Hauk Custom Pools as our pool builder and I am very happy that we went this company. They have been a pleasure to work with and we are very happy with our pool. Our project manager, Brock has been the absolute best part of this process. He was always on top of potential issues, he always kept us updated on the latest phases and masterfully planned out the schedule of the different work crews that preformed the work. From start to finish our pool was completed in 80 days, which is amazing as we have heard stories about pools taking 8 months to 1 year. I highly recommend Hauk Custom Pools for your backyard pool project.

We bought our pool from Hauk 2 years ago (plastered 23 1/2 months ago). We love our pool. Robby Hauk clearly cares about his customers and the ongoing quality and enjoyment we have of our pool. Hauk has been very responsive when needed after a great build experience.

We couldn't be happier with our new pool! We interviewed several pool companies and knew at the start that Hauk would be the best choice. It started with Cory who made the sales and design process a delight. Other companies were hard to schedule and didn't truly listen us for the design. Brock was our project manager who was extremely knowledgeable and kept us properly updated through the whole process. He also did a great job in explaining each step. Jimmy installed the lights and that has made a big difference in the night time ambience. Highly recommend Hauk and our new backyard is absolutely beautiful!!

We are half way through with our Hauk pool build. When we started in August and worked through 5 pool company quotes; believe it or not, they all were within $3K-$5K of each other on pool and spa pricing. The difference maker was the saleman, Tim Ryan. Tim is positive, easy going, and gives good advice on pool design. From there we have been supported by their Project Manager, Andreas Sundborg. Andreas has been very responsive to calls and text as we hav stepped through the initial stages, and been on site for each and every work piece involved to check on sub contractors and work quality. Each sub contractor used from excavation, to steel, to plumbing, to eletrical, to gunite pour, and to framing, have been professional and very skilled in their areas of work.

We interviewed and received designs from 9 local pool builders before meeting with Hauk and I must say they were the best & last interview.

We could not be happier with our Hauk Pool! Our designer Jason Green collaborated with us on numerous occasions to tweak and re-tweak the design to get the look & feel of the pool of our dreams. He patiently worked with us and made changes as requested throughout the build. Jason was able to help us stay within budget and the end result is an incredibly opulent pool which has created additional outdoor living space to be enjoyed all year round ! After working with Jason on final design, we were assigned Brock as our construction manager.

Brock is simply the BEST. This was our first pool build and Brock was there every step of the way, he is so very easy to work with! Brock is extremely detailed and responsive. Which WE LOVED about him! He is personable and professional. He did his best to keep everything on track and we were so excited he successfully completed the job with plenty of time left in the summer for pool parties and family fun. Unfortunately, some natural acts of God caused some delays such as Covid, the winter storm & a month of rain.

Despite these delays the Hauk team kept us informed while making us feel important. We would 100% build again with Hauk and ask to work with Jason & Brock.

We highly recommend Hauk to anyone who asks about our experience.
