The guys did a AMAZING JOB ! They were so nice & worked great & efficient ! They Cleaned my Tile floors & Showers & Re-Colored them, made my house look brand new again ! The Owner Tyler was a great person to work with & the Foreman was outstanding & very professional & kind ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY !

We had Seal Systems clean our tile floors and it looks like the day it was first installed. The work done was meticulous, the guys that came in were very careful with the movement and re-placing of furniture. It has been a few weeks and the floor still has an amazing shine to it! Great job!

Highly Recommend Seal Systems!!! Tyler and his team are extremely professional, honest, and hard working. They showed up when they said they would; removed their shoes when walking from tile to carpet; are easy to communicate with...can you even find service like this anymore?! Our tile looks brand new!!!! I wish we would have gotten our tile cleaned and re-sealed sooner! They thoroughly cleaned the tile and grout, ensured it dried and then were on their hand and knees resealing the grout!

Our floors look close to brand new since Tyler and his super professional young guys came in to clean. I asked Tyler if I should just resurface. Great two-man team of Favian and Pedro cleaned both my tiles and added new grout and my wooden floors. The prior owners didn't keep up with cleaning. The new grout made all the difference with the tiles and the wooden floors feel much smoother and cleaner. Great job. I highly recommend.

We were getting estimates to replace our tile floor. We had Seal Systems come out to show us what they could do for it by cleaning and sealing. Tyler showed us a sample of cleaning and recoloring the grout. It looked great so we hired them. The work was done on time and the tile cleaned up and the grout looked like new. Outstanding results! They cleaned the tile and grout in our new home and then mixed custom sealer colors until we found the right one. The grout looks great now, and the shade is very consistent. The techs not only knew their process very well, they were pleasant to work with.

Product did not work for my floor. My tile is actually the one pictured in the company's October special. It looked this clean for about two weeks, and then reverted back to it's original, dark and dirty self! I called the owner and he quickly came back out to try another application. It again, lasted 2 weeks and then the dark seeped back through. I am super disappointed and frustrated that my phone calls have not been returned. The $400 that they charged me would have been a great deal IF my grout looked clean for a few years NOT a few weeks.

Tyler and his team are Amazing! We had them clean and seal the grout at our house about 6 months ago and the grout is still as clean and white today, as it was right after it was cleaned.

We were so impressed with the results, we just used Tyler and his team again to clean and seal the grout in a new house we are about to move into. The results were absolutely amazing once again!

It took several calls to have a company willing to renew my grout. Some wouldn’t take the drive while others gave a general quote based on square footage over the phone. It wasn’t until I contacted Seal Systems that I received a much improved experience. After a visit and discussion of the process (using toothbrushes) with the owner, I accepted on the spot. He said that my floor would look like new, I wasn’t so sure of that but really appreciated his confidence backed by 26 years of experience. While making dinner I spilled enchilada sauce on my light gray grout and thought oh no. When I saw the spill it had already dried, but just as I was told, stains like that could easily be wiped up and it was. The floor is so bright now my daughter mentioned that it looked like a whole new floor and it really does. It is not often anymore that you get what you are told at a great price, but with Seal Systems you do! In the picture, you can see the before and after. What a difference!

They cleaned the tile and sealed the grout in our kitchen, dining area, living room, hallways, and bathrooms. It was a big job and results were fantastic. It looks like new tile! They were professional and efficient. I highly recommend.

Seal Systems is amazing! Tyler (the owner) came out promptly and gave a very reasonable estimate. Favian and D were the two technicians that came out. They explained everything and answered any questions that I had. They did amazing work! I would definitely recommend Seal Systems to anyone looking to get work done! The before and after photos do not do it justice! You can really tell the difference in person!
