Exclusive Pool and Patio did an excellent job for us with a multitude of items we needed taken care of with our pool & spa and the equipment. They were professional, courteous, and prompt with both quoting the job and doing the work. Their pricing was more than fair and everything was itemized and explained very clearly. After buying a new home w a complicated pool and many features, we interviewed multiple pool service companies. None of them were able to find/fix our issues, until we were referred to Exclusive pool and patio, they not only found the issue with our heater but repaired it the next day and were reasonably priced. We like that they are full service and will now do our weekly maintenance.

Our technician Miller had extensive knowledge in this industry and trained us on the equipment usage which was a huge plus.

I have been using exclusive for pool service for years. Hunter was always good. Monday they had a new employee doing service. He didn’t add water to the level. Came home from an errand on Thursday and pumps were burned up. This is going to cost me thousands of dollars. I spoke with Zach and he blamed me and took no responsibility. Said that was on me I am an ex Pentair employee and called my pool counterparts at Pentair. They said it’s obvious any pool service company should be adding water when coming out when they clean out strainer baskets etc. I told zach I would buy the pumps but felt they should acknowledge their part by installing them for free. He said no and the new employee had nothing to do with my lack of caring for my pool. I thought that’s why I paid exclusive $216 a month. I would never ever recommend exclusive. I find it highly suspect that after having used them for years my pumps burned up 3 days after a new employee services my pool and they bear no responsibility.

These guys are great! We had another maintenance company set up but they never showed up when they were scheduled and when they did show up they did a half-ass job. Zack and his team (Hunter) always show up on time and spend the time to make sure my pool is sparkling before they leave (see photo). I would highly recommended Exclusive Pool and Patio to anyone in need of pool services.

This company has been fantastic to work with. They responded quickly when I reached out, offered great value for the work they did, and the work happened when they said it would. I'm very impressed and would easily recommend them to friends and family. I had them do a patio extension, travertine tiles, outdoor kitchen and artificial turf for my outdoor living area. I couldn't be happier.

My husband & I now never have to leave our home again thanks to Zac & his team building an oasis steps from our back door! Zac & his entire crew were fantastic to work with and super communicative throughout the entire process. When we initially decided to build a pool we reached out to 4 different contractors & not only was Zac quick to respond and answer all of our questions, he was also able to make our wants & needs list happen within our budget (another company quoted us $40k more and that did not include landscaping!). I hired Plush to renovate my small back yard in 2022 as I installed a swim spa. They did a great job adding plants, kitchen appliances and a sound system that I had to bring them back in 2023. This year they remade the front of the house. New planters, plants, lighting and stone work. Their teams are professional and they know their craft. They take great pride in their work. There are so many wonderful things about this amazing company. I'd like to start by saying I had saved Plush Exterior Services information over a year ago with the hopes of one day having them do our landscape/hardscape. From my first meeting with Daniel up until the last day of work the whole process was smooth. Daniel took his time working with us to get our design exactly how we wanted it . He did an awesome job at it .
Mike was on-site everyday and would follow up with me daily . The team showed up every morning promptly and got the work quickly . You can tell they take pride in their work . Before they left for the day they would always clean up their area and left things clean for the next day. The entire team was respectful, hardworking, and very knowledgable , such a breeze to work with. I would 100 percent hire Plush in the future without hesitation. I can say Plush is an incomparable company !

We just completed a landscaping project with Plush in our backyard. Everyone was great to work with, and it looks beautiful! We went from weeds and no privacy to a beautifully designed backyard- a huge improvement. Daniel, Keegan, Mike and the rest of the team were wonderful- very responsive, professional and flexible. We had a great experience from start to finish! We went into this without a clear idea of what we wanted, but Daniel patiently answered all our questions. He made modifications to our design as he learned more about what we liked. Once the work started, the crew worked quickly and efficiently. They did an amazing job and thoroughly cleaned up when they were done. When Mike and Keegan came over to do the walk through, they provided valuable information on how to care for our new yard and even programmed our sprinkler system for us.

The best part was that the project was completed ahead of schedule (I was nervous about this piece because my wife is 8 months pregnant). The final result is exactly how we had envisioned.
