Would not had given even 1 star but had to so I could write the review. I called at 8am spoke to receptionist who immediately transferred me yo a tech so I wouldn't have to explain myself twice... I explained my elderly mother lives in a trailer and has had problems with electricity for a few days and she's been without light in the rest of her trailer except for her room for the past couple nights. He told me he would dispatch someone later today we waited no one came. It's 6pm so I called and call center informed me that she didn't understand why no one informed me they only work on commercial not residential. I waisted a whole day waiting. To me this is very bad customer service.

They get two stars from me because their customer service was alright. What I didn’t like about them is that I paid $80 to get a 50/50 answer. I was desperate to fix my electrical problem so I took the chance. I was willing to pay them hundreds of dollars!!! Thank goodness they were no a show. I went with another company who did not charge for an estimate and they did the work for less.

What you don't know about electrical outlets may shock you. That's why I contacted MC's Electrical Services! These guys were professional, knowledgeable and had the best attitude. They are very caring and explain the services provided in clear detail. You can expect great service and all of your electrical needs met. Not only can they light up your home, they will also light up your life.

Charles is a miracle worker! My wiring was all messed up in my kitchen, and even though it was a lot to figure out the circuitry to make it work, he was patient and willing to help! Extremely professional and respectful and tool time during his lunch to help out. Was able to fully install my two smart switches despite the previous home's builder/electricians poor work. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

These guys are very professional. They showed up on time, completed thire work, and cleaned up better than I had it before they came. They communicate very well and make you're dollar go the furthest. I recommend these guys for any of you're electrical needs. Hands down the best around!!

I had some repair/upgrade work I needed done and after contacting these folks and sitting down to go over my needs they got right after it. They were clean, quick and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

I attempted to wire a smart switch myself and burned up two of them. He came in and hooked it up perfectly the first time. Also there was a broken screw in the wall mount and he got that out too. Forty minutes....... no more problems.

Thank you Attic Electric for installing a dedicated circuit and landscape lighting in time for the holidays. No more blown fuses! Will be calling you again in the Spring for some ceiling fan installations. Great work, great company! Thanks again!
