I had an excellent experience with ASI Appliance for a dishwasher hinge replacement. From scheduling to completion, the entire process was smooth and professional. The technician arrived on time, clearly explained the issue, and completed the repair efficiently with great attention to detail. My dishwasher door now works perfectly and feels like new again.
I really appreciated the honesty, fair pricing, and quality of service. It’s refreshing to work with a company that takes pride in their work and treats customers with respect. I would absolutely recommend ASI Appliance to anyone needing reliable appliance repair and will definitely use them again if needed. -
ASI Appliances has amazing customer service office team.
It’s the folks that come to fix the problems that doesn’t sit well with me…The first guy that came out to fix our refrigerator, had no clue as to what he was doing. He was asked not to move the refrigerator without assistance because the fridge is heavy and he did so anyway and ripped our floor vinyl. I asked for him not to return. He told us we needed a plumber, had a plumber to come out to look and spent $69.99 for nothing.
The second guy Luis came out and informed my husband of what to do to fix the issue with the fridge and he stated that he is not allowed to touch or move the appliances. I have never heard such foolishness. My husband resolved the issue with instructions from Luis. The issue is now resolved. -
The expert Maytag sent out offered no solution to the issue with the washer, and was not helpful on next step in regards to warranty, I understand he is not an officer of the warranty but we were left with a still broken washer and no guidance on what happens next. He complained about the laundry room being small, what am I supposed to do about that? Overall would have hoped a recommended technician would have behaved in a more professional, knowledgeable, and polite manner.

Was ahead of schedule. Got it fixed in less than 20 minutes. No cost since it was under warranty from whirlpool. Whirlpool made the appointment and ASI contacted me to set up a good time. Very well communicated and got it done fast. Would recommend and use again in the future.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the service visit from your technician, Martin. Unfortunately, the experience was very upsetting.
Upon entering my home, the technician’s demeanor came across as dismissive and unprofessional. I was informed that the issue with my washer was due to overloading; however, I have been using the same machine with consistent load sizes for the past five years without any prior issues. When I attempted to provide additional context, I felt my concerns were not being heard.
Because I felt my explanation was not being considered, I contacted my husband by phone so he could assist in discussing the issue. Martin declined to speak with him as well.
Additionally, no diagnostic testing was performed on the washer during the visit.
This interaction did not meet my expectations for professional service. I hope this feedback is helpful in addressing service standards and improving future customer experiences.
I would NOT recommend!
Called another company, which provided outstanding customer service, ran diagnostic review on my Maytag and noted new shock were needed. New shocks are in and washer machine is working as it should! -

Called them and they were out the next day. tech was great!! He explained the whole process step by step. Fantastic experience and very happy with the results!

I am not sure whether to trust how the technician was charging to clean the dryer vent. When I called the first time I was giving a different price and when the tech came out, he started telling the price is going to cost to clean the dryer plus the pipe that dryer hose is connected too…it all sounded sketchy…and when I asked for a receipt, he said Zelle was the form of receipt. And when I called the company to ask if they even give out a copy of receipt well the first lady that answer couldn’t answer the question and then hung up on me. Then when I called again she put me on hold and got the owner of the company. It was another lady, she said she was going to contact the tech and then call me back. Well she never called me back with an answer. So will I contact call them back for business, the answer is no!! Transparency and communication is important when running a business.

Before Blackfoot arrived, my house wiring was straight chaos.
Flipping a light switch felt like spinning the wheel on Wheel of Fortune, except the prize was usually:
“Congratulations, you won… NOTHING!”
Some outlets worked on Tuesdays.
Some worked only when the moon was full.
Others just threw sparks like they were auditioning for America’s Got Talent.
Basically, every time I plugged something in, I mentally prepared for my obituary to read,
“He died doing what he loved — charging his phone.”
Then Blackfoot showed up.
Not nervous. Not confused. Not quoting “uhhh this looks bad.”
Nah — they came in like seasoned ghost hunters for bad wiring.
“Yep. This is a disaster.”
“Don’t worry, we eat this kind of disaster for breakfast.”
And eat it they did.
• Wires? Straightened out like bad kids on the first day of military school.
• Circuits? Organized like Tetris blocks.
• Outlets? Clicking on with ZERO sparks like polite little gentlemen.
Suddenly, lights were bright.
Switches clicked cleanly.
No more buzzing, no more roulette.
Just electricity doing what electricity is supposed to do — EXIST, not FIGHT BACK.
I’m convinced when they left, my entire house whispered,
“Thank you… we can finally rest.”
⸻
Final Review:
If your house wiring is acting possessed, don’t call Ghostbusters.
Call Blackfoot Services.
They don’t fix problems — they erase them.
Bonus: I can now confidently turn on my microwave without alerting the fire department.
Blackfoot = LEGENDS. -
We had Blackfoot as default contractors after buying our house. We got lucky and had Britney helping us through the process. The entire home set up process was incredibly difficult (not to the fault of Blackfoot) but Britney was the most helpful and attentive person that we dealt with throughout it all. She went above and beyond to make sure everything happened in a timely manner and that we knew exactly what was going on. Britney even gave us extremely helpful advice on dealing with other trades even when it wasn’t her job to do so. I am so grateful that we lucked out by having her as our contractor.

Edit: the issues were even worse than we thought, we had electrical issues again. A different contractor came out to inspect and found that que Blackfoot installed the skirting they damaged wiring in multiple locations, creating unsafe conditions and potential fire hazards:
We worked with Blackfoot through Palm Harbor of Houston, and the experience was extremely frustrating. Their work was subpar, and their communication was even worse. Neither company took responsibility, constantly passing the blame back and forth—Palm Harbor blamed Blackfoot, and Blackfoot blamed Palm Harbor. As customers, it felt like it was our fault for not being more direct. We had to constantly ask for updates, and when they installed the skirting, they damaged the electrical components, causing part of the home to lose power. When we reached out, no one had any answers.
There was no communication about when workers would be on-site, or if the work was even getting done. We were told things were finished, but then we’d show up and see nothing had been done. On top of that, they left a huge mess with screws scattered all over the dirt outside the house. Today, someone was sent out to address the "dirt," but we were never contacted beforehand. I just happened to be home, and the guy did a quick walk-around and left without providing any further explanation.
The entire process has been unprofessional and frustrating. I cannot recommend either Blackfoot or Palm Harbor.
