UPDATE
After reviewing my paperwork, I realized my kitchen remodel was completed about 18 months ago, not two years as I originally thought. Unfortunately, I’ve already experienced several issues that make me question the overall craftsmanship.
While I do love the design and selected the countertops and cabinet style, the cabinet quality is poor, the countertop seam split and appears to have lacked proper bracing, and the sink has fallen twice. The company repaired the sink once, but it failed again.
When I contacted the company, they offered to repair the seam only if I signed an agreement releasing all future claims and agreeing to update my review in advance. The agreement also referenced improper maintenance, which I do not believe applies to normal kitchen use. I was not comfortable signing without any guarantee on the repair, so I will be hiring another professional to fix it properly.

Overall, I’m disappointed in the workmanship and expected these materials and installation to last much longer than 18 months.

After 2 years I have realized the craftsmanship was not there with my kitchen I love the design yes but I picked out everything but the cabinets are poor quality my countertop was not braced right and split at the seam and my sink has fallen 2x once they came out and fixed it now it has fallen a 2ed time overall I’m not happy with the craftsmanship of my kitchen remodel

Texas Top Notch repaired our home after a bad storm. We had roof, and fence damage. They did all repairs quick and we're very professional. We also had them redo my mom's plumbing and she is extremely happy.

Couldn’t be more pleased with the home addition Top Notch Construction did for us. Turned out better than I hoped. TNC was so professional and all the contractors were so nice and kept the existing house so clean while adding on. Adam was in constant communication with us and super responsive to our questions. Love my new home! Thank you Top Notch Construction team especially Adam!!

Mario is now our contractor. His crew did some cabinet work for us initially and we were so pleased with their attention to detail and quality workmanship. This week, our siding replacement required some structural repair so we called Mario. He was here that same day to evaluate and had his crew here within 48 hrs. He is a good man, honest and doing God’s work with a personal charity for cancer patients. We are blessed to know him and grateful for the quality workmanship. Texas Top Notch Construction really is Top Notch.

Mario Sanchez and his crew did a fabulous job at our house. They refurbished several rooms including repair of the wall frames and sheetrock. We are quite pleased with the craftmanship and attention to details. They matched the paint perfectly and left the house nice and clean.
We very much appreciated the friendliness of all the workers that did the job and the respect with which they have treated us and our house. Rene is a fine craftsman and supervisor. Our thanks also go to the very experienced working crew who understood their trade including the lady that did the cleaning.

Top Notch will be on the top of our list if we have another project in the future.

Texas Top Notch Construction did an excellent job. I had my kitchen remodeled a few years ago by a different company. I have been wanting to get my stairs and fireplace done for a while, but I didn’t want to use the company that did it before, because they were unprofessional and the job took way longer than they quoted me. My house was in shambles for months. I made sure that I did my homework this time and I came across Texas Top Notch. I wanted to add a fireplace to my living room and remove a half wall and carpet from my stairs and paint. Everyone was professional and completed the project on time. As they were completing this project we were already discussing the next project of my outside patio. They told me they offer financing for larger projects. I will definitely call Texas Top Notch when I’m ready to do my outside patio.

Top notch did a great job with my bathroom remodel. Finished ahead of schedule and did a great job of cleaning up. The price was good.I highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend Texas Top Notch Construction LLC highly enough! From start to finish, their entire team was professional, skilled, and incredibly efficient. They completely transformed our space, and the quality of their work is outstanding.
What truly made the experience exceptional was working with the boss, Mario. He was personally involved throughout the entire project, ensuring everything went smoothly. He listened to all of our needs, offered brilliant suggestions, and was always available to answer any questions we had. His communication and dedication to customer satisfaction are second to none. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the final result, and it truly made a world of difference.
If you are looking for a construction company that is reliable, honest, and delivers phenomenal results, look no further. Ask for Mario—he will take great care of you! Five stars all the way.

Jenn Air uses ASI appliance company for repairs on home appliances. I was extremely disappointed with the service provider (John) ... He started with attempting to pull the dishwasher out of the cabinet before removing the screws which secure it. My husband informed him that the dishwasher is attached with screws and they needed to be removed. John proceeded to remove the screws.....Next, he pulled/jerked on the door handle to slide out dishwasher after removing the screws. He fixed the broken door hinges ( which was the original problem) and put the dishwasher back under cabinet attaching the screws. However, the dishwasher was noticeably uneven and I asked the contractor to try and make it level. Once again, he pulled on the appliance attempting to straighten with the screws attached to cabinet. The solid red oak cabinet frame now has cracks on both sides. He stated the it was the uneven floor causing the problem even though it wasn't like that before. In addition, he's seemed in a hurry and stated its company policy for home owners to remove appliances themselves. My husband and I both believe that is a ridiculous company policy. Never use this company with or without a warranty.

Our Whirlpool washing machine stopped working due to a manufacturer's defect. ASI was contracted to make the repair when Whirlpool sent them the part, which was backordered. In the meantime, an appliance repairman whom we now regularly use because of his promptness, kindness, and knowledge, showed us a workaround until the machine was fixed.

When the part was finally sent to ASI and a repairman was sent out, he was in and out so quickly according to my wife (I wasn't home). He never tested the machine to make sure it was working properly, and the workaround we were shown was no longer working, either. We called ASI, and after explaining that the repair was done incorrectly, the person said it would be about another week until the company could get someone out to fix it. We didn't want to wait that long and called our reliable appliance repairman. He came out the next day, ridiculed the lack of knowledge of the ASI repairman, and had the washing machine working in less than an hour. Sure we had to pay him when this whole process should have been free under warranty, but it was worth it in the end. I will never use ASI whatsoever.

I would like to give Mr. Jerrell Wilkes: the highest recommendation for servicing, professionalism, and timeliness. Explicit instructions was given and the execution of repairs was completed effortlessly.
Great job.
