I recently had the pleasure of working with Foster’s Construction for a comprehensive roofing project in my Colleyville home, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, their professionalism and expertise were evident, leading to an amazing transformation of my property.

The team first inspected my roof and provided a thorough assessment. After discussing my needs and options with them, I decided to upgrade to high-quality shingles. They offered a range of beautiful styles and colors, and I was impressed by their guidance in helping me choose the perfect match for my home's aesthetic.

They met and worked with the insurance adjuster multiple times to ensure all details were observed and covered. While the claim initially was met with resistance, the persistent and professional engagement on the part of Foster’s Construction insured the project would eventually be approved.

Once the project started, I was amazed by their efficiency. The roofing crew worked diligently, ensuring that every detail was taken care of, from the removal of the old shingles to the installation of the new ones. They even went out of their way to ensure that the worksite was clean and organized, minimizing any disruption to my daily life.

In addition to the upgraded shingles, they included a refresh the exterior of my home with a power wash, new paint and clog resistant new gutters. They removed all my window screens and replaced those that had damage; Foster’s handled these projects seamlessly as well. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality was evident in both the painting and gutter installation. The exterior paint job revitalized the look of my home, while the new gutters function perfectly and complement the new roof.

After contacting my Insurance Company due to a recent weather that caused damage to my home, I was surprised to find that the damage was more than I realized. This sent me looking for a construction company that could handle all the repair work needed. Luckily that lead me to discover Foster's Construction and Roofing. After meeting with them in person, reviewing the scope of work and detail that they reviewed with me, this put me at ease in hiring them for the job. From day one to finish of the work I was kept informed of the process and what to expect the next day.
The needed repair covered roof, gutter and siding replacement as well as screened in porch repair. The workmanship and materials were all high quality. Foster's team of workers were outstanding and very friendly and attuned to my needs. Foster's handled all the needs in working with my insurance company and kept me informed through out the work progress. I will be definitely using them again for future projects. I highly recommend Foster's Construction and feel comfortable placing one of my biggest investments, my home in their hands.

After sustaining hail damage, our home's roof was totally replaced by Foster's. While the storm damage was unfortunate, Phil Foster's capable daily management of this large and complex project resulted in a great job. Lana Foster's patient negotiation with our insurance company added material value as well. Both are true professionals. Working with them was an altogether excellent experience! Should another occasion arise, storm-related or otherwise, we would not hesitate to call on them again.

Mr. Foster was amazing to work with for a small roofing repair. He was quick and honest and answered any question that we had. He did not pressure us into changing our whole roof but explained differences in a variety of products and let us know that he would be available if the time comes for us to need him again.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the work done by Foster Construction and Roofing! We called to get our roof replaced and received so much more! The owner was highly communicative and ensured everything ran smoothly from start to finish. He was onsite daily, overseeing the project and making sure every detail was perfect. They replaced our damaged wood with Hardie board siding, gave the whole exterior a fresh coat of paint (including the doors), and left the yard spotless when they were done. Last month, our very old home needed some exterior repair and an upgrade to our electrical meter base which was attached/connected to our exterior wall and causing damage. Foster’s did an outstanding job upgrading the connection through the roof, with a new breaker box, and bringing us up to city code requirements.

If you're looking for a company that'll do just about any home improvement projects, make sure to check these guys out. Everyone at Foster's was wonderful to work with throughout the entire thing.

We needed to combine a pre-existing storage room and raised-floor workshop and get a concrete slab and wall footer poured in the workshop's place, in which they were more than happy to provide. The owner himself came out for the initial bid survey, gave us two separate quotes for us to choose from that worked with our budget (one with demo included and one without), and was there getting his hands dirty making sure everything was done correctly throughout the entire process.

We're absolutely thrilled with the results and definitely will be reaching back out in the future for any more contract work.

We needed to finally start getting our house in order so
went on Angi for a list of roofers and contractors.Contacted several and met with them.
Phil Foster and his wife came out for an initial inspection. Their professionalism is what sold me. We told them what we wanted and they were willing to give bids for each thing as well as adjusting if we wanted changes. They also provided recommendations. But will do what you want if possible.

They basically redid the exterior of our house.

The soffits, siding, trim and vents were in terrible shape and had to be removed and replaced. Including the chimney surround.
The fit and finish was excellent.
They caulked all seams in the siding before they painted the whole house. Wrapped the house in gutters that matched the trim after the roof was completed.

When it was time for the roof, the crew showed up at the crack of dawn, stripped away 2 layers of shingles and replaced more than a dozen sheets of decking. Sealed around all vents. added new ridge vents. Cleaning up as they went. The installation went without incident and was completed the same day.

Maybe not the cheapest but more than fair pricing. They used quality materials including Hardy material and synthetics and very skilled craftsmanship. Did exactly what they said they would do.

Everything turned out better than we hoped. They exceeded our expectations and kept in constant communication.
I am using him again for additional work.
We are so glad we choose a contractor and not just a roofer.

Fosters construction did a project for us to replace the siding, gutters and paint job for us .
We are pleased to say that they have done amazing work.
Due to aging of house we had siding rotted in some parts and also gutters were 4” that cause some rotting in few areas in fascia and trim. The whole group did do amazing quote for the whole project and guided us throughout the process. We replace whole house siding with hardie board, replaced rotted trim and fascia and we did upgrade gutters to 5” inch . Overall process was smooth the whole team is great at their work , we are extremely pleased and happy with our work. We decided to extend the job to even paint the front door and they did great with painting front door and shutters. I would definitely recommend them and even get their help on our future projects too. Satisfaction 10/10.

We had a hail damaged roof replaced including all new decking to meet current code requirements. The garage door and gutters were replaced as well. The project also involved replacing a few rotten trim boards and touch up painting. The quality of the workmanship and materials was great and the level of supervision throughout the project could not have been better. Clean up after the work was done was very thorough. We are very pleased with the end results!

I cannot recommend Foster’s construction enough!

I got Foster’s number after submitting a claim via Angi’s list. I went with Foster’s because an actual human answered the phone and was able to answer all of my questions right away! I learned that voice was Lana, and I’m thankful for how well organized she helped keep our project.

We gave Fosters a tall order. An old, neglected house, that needed a LOT of work, - but they went well over and beyond what we asked for in our initial consultation.

Foster’s re-did our Hardi board siding, added gutters, helped with a creative and effective solution for drainage in our backyard, painted the exterior of our home, and cleaned up/fixed/replaced our meter base (while guiding us through getting our electrical up to code). They also raised our patio and did a ton of concrete and land leveling. Through the entire process the whole team was kind, informative, thorough, and detail-oriented. I trusted everyone that came to my home from Foster’s with the safety of my belongings and my animals, and they did not disappoint.

Beyond their kindness, the work they did is incredible. This house was my childhood home and seeing it brought back to life by their care was so awesome. They clearly really know what they’re doing.

We enjoyed them so much that less than two weeks after our big project finished we were contacting them again to start something new!

If you’re looking for a fair (we wanted very expensive drainage and they helped us find a cheaper alternative which I was impressed by), hard working, and competent team then you have found that in Foster’s!

Without going into too much detail and after some back and forth, this company did the right thing.

Larry Stewart builds beautiful custom homes in the Southlake, Westlake, Colleyville, and surrounding areas. With a keen eye for details, they deliver high quality homes to their home buyers.

Just saying if your gonna be a jerk behind the wheel, don't have your business plastered all over your vehicle. Just because you can turn right on red doesn't mean you dont have to stop, assess, and be safe. Thank you for helping us to know who we will not be choosing for a custom house.

I spent a few years talking to LSCH along with a couple of other builders. I was very glad I ended up going with them. Love the house, no issues with budget, responsiveness etc. They addressed any issues that came up easily without any quarles. Would definitely use again, but I think this is the last home I will ever build.

This was a terrible experience. The house looks awful inside. I do believe we were overcharged. Larry is a great guy! but his son is terrible to work with. He tried to put a lean on my home and called my lender to try and extend a loan without my permission .
I have door that do not close like they did before the remodeling. There’s a white door in the wood den.
There is host of other things that never been done .
This experience was a nightmare.
