The team detached the gutters before tearing off the old roof, fixed broken rafters and reinforced the attic framing, replaced any damaged decking where the framing was addressed for a solid base, handled some minor trim cosmetic repairs and replacements, then reattached the gutters seamlessly once everything was complete. We hired Foster’s Construction & Roofing out of Colleyville for a full exterior update on our house in Bedford right before selling and they knocked it out of the park. We had an emergency meter base issue and they were on it right away — detached and reset it the same day. Then they did the full demo of the existing siding, completed the framing, added complete waterproofing and a vapor barrier, and installed the new siding with perfect caulking and paint prep. They carefully removed the old posts, framed up new ones, wrapped them beautifully with Hardie trim materials, caulked everything with Sherwin Williams caulk, and finished with two coats of Sherwin Williams Emerald paint.
