Great chemicals and advice. Much better environment then your typical chain pool store. Definitely worth the extra $1.99 to refill on shock.

As a DIY homeowner, Hart Pool was very helpful in diagnosing a pool pump capacitor problem and providing an in-stock $30 replacement capacitor which fixed my pool pump problem. They will be getting my future business.

If you bought a Bullfrog spa here, DO NOT CALL HERE FOR SERVICE! Call Southern Leisure in Flower Mound, we wasted a lot of money and time finding this out, and she won't bother telling you that she has NO certified tech's...
After a month of putting up with her part time electricians and fixing unnecessary items, Southern Leisure diagnosed and fixed our spa in one visit, under warranty...Lesson learned!!!

After two trips to Leslie's it was recommended I go to Hart as they may have the older part I need. Not only did they have it, it was HALF the cost, and super friendly guy named Alan helped me install it.

Very polite , knowledgeable staff with whom you can build a relationship. At other pool stores, it seemed like there were different people Every time I went in.

Hart’s pool & spa did phenomenal work on my pool. Very impressed! Almost had to cancel 4th of July party cause other company did not support. We drive way out of our way now to Hart Pools. Saved our party!!!!!

Very poor followup and customer service - either too busy or don't care about customer service. We had them come out to look at remodeling our pool, never followed up with a bid. We called and asked for the bid and they said they would send it - never got it. We called back, spoke with Rebecca - turns out the person that came out to look at the work never even did the paperwork. While Rebecca was very nice at the outset and promised she would get a bid to us the next business day, didn't hear back from her. Called again, was told she left early, left a message and still no callback and no bid.

Not sure if the job was too small for them or if they are so busy they don't need the business, but if they didn't want to do the work it would have been appreciated if they had just said so up front,

Very helpful staff, seriously they are second to none when it comes to helping you with problems. I have a very old pool pump and not only did they have the parts but they went out of their way and finding them for me. Good old school work ethic here and I can respect that! Prices are fair also.

Hart Pool did a fantastic job with pool heater and gas line installation!!! Rebecca communicated everything up front and followed through until completion. The crew was also very helpful!

I called about parts on the phone, and was told they would be waiting for me at the front desk. When I arrived the next day to pick up the item, the female who answered the phone (not Rebecca) was rude and actually hung up on me. Rebecca called and apologized for the incident regarding the less than professional employee, but I took my business elsewhere anyway.

I did not see the reason to put myself in harm's way with these folks again. Our outdoor project for the pool, patio and kitchen will be done by another locally owned company, not Hart.

We used the national pool supply chain, and it seemed that each time we went, there was a new person, with limited information. We found Hart Pools in Colleyville on 26, and found the same folks there each time we went, and knew what they were talking about.

These folks know their stuff, and friendly. I suggest this is the place for your pool and spa supplies and information.

Our pool equipment power supply went out and the regular pool company was not able to fix the problem. Drew from Hart Pool diagnosed the problem (simple switch had gone bad) and managed to fix it. He also explained a lot of other things about the pool equipment I didn't know. Very helpful.

Hart Pool & Spa Inc just completed renovation of our 30 year-old pool in Colleyville. The end product is OUTSTANDING. No "up-selling" of stuff we didn't need by owner Brad Herring, excellent project management by Rebecca Aguirre, awesome quality work by sub-contractor A&M Plaster, and great support by in-store Technician, Alan Hussey, and on-site Technician, Brad Carter. This is a terrific, locally owned and operated company that really works hard for their customers. They say happy customers don't write on-line reviews ... Not so here. Thank you to everyone at Hart Pool & Spa, Inc. You guys "TAKE A BOW" .... we will "TAKE A DIP" ... in our expertly updated pool ... We are Hart Pool & Spa customers for life. Allen is very knowledgeable and brought my Polaris back to life. Everyone is very nice and don’t pressure you to buy. Chemicals are priced competitively to the big box stores.

I have been very impressed with the team at Hart Pool & Spa. They have bailed me out of some tuff spots a couple of time and are certainly focused on the customer. They continue to teach me more about the equipment I have and make sure I have everything I need. Great team and staff.

I don't know where to begin with this company. The owners son helped my husband with 2 expensive floating lawn chairs. He opened the boxes to show my husband, in fact he opened many boxes. My husband said he would need to bring me in for final decision, salesperson said just buy them and you can return if she does not like. The float chairs came home, and we did not like them for many reasons. Despite not liking the color my husband picked out, the main reason for wanting to return them was that it didn't work for us other than my teenage daughters. We are not big people. We decided to return. We immediately (like right out of pool after testing them) put them in their boxes and returned a few days later. In fact, it was last 4th of July so we tried to return on the following day but they were closed. When I returned myself, they could not return because I didn't have the correct credit card. Okay, so I returned the next day and was told I couldn't return because the box was opened, and they couldn't not return open boxes. "How are we supposed to sell when the box is opened"?...but the salesperson opened them along with a bunch of other boxes. My husband went in and they basically escorted him out of the building. The son was there, and his head was down when my husband confronted him. These people are bad news! We called our credit card company and it is still under dispute. We have these pool lounge chairs boxed up, taking up space in our garage. It is just unbelievable that they can stay in business with this type of customer service. I have a feeling we were treated like this because they have many of these expensive lounge chairs that aren't moving. This is my first bad review I have ever written about a company.

Once again, EXCELLENT service from Hart Pool & Spa. Hart renovated our 30 year old pool last year ( see prior review ) and now ... we needed a replacement for our tired old main pump motor. My husband removed the motor and Hart rebuilt everything and re-installed it on site. JUST LIKE NEW !! We highly recommend Hart Pool & Spa. The entire team at Hart Pool (Rabecca, Alan, Brin) are incredible. I used Hart Pool a few years ago for a pool re-model, and have continued to use them for all my pool and hot tub needs since then. Small company with great customer service. Highly recommend.
