Very helpful staff --- chain pool supply stores carry no PVC pipes, parts or fittings & tend to have staff that have never actually gotten their hands dirty themselves. These guys had exactly what I needed. Spent a few minutes on the phone with a gentleman who was very helpful. He measured each piece I needed to make sure it was worth the 45 minute drive from where we live. Also gave me great advice on dealing with a small patch of black algae. Thanks guys! Definitely recommend them. I've seen some reviews on here attempting to badmouth the company; that's nonsense---these guys are EXCELLENT. A+++ Thanks again!

i called Hart pool on May 31. I was told they would be here on June 6. It is now June 15. I have called repeatedly to ask when they can be expected. I am always told “today or tomoro”. I have call them 4 times over 9 days. they have never once called or contacted me to let me know of a delay. It is now June 15. No sign of them today and still no contact. I called them and was told to call back on Monday. If you want someone to show up…….dont use this business.

We we're referred by some friends that have used Hart for a long time. Very nice folks and very helpful. I think we've found a good place to use for our pool maintenance as well as getting a new hot tub in the near future!

Don’t recommend using. They had a chance to help us diagnose a pool heater issue but the woman on the phone wouldn’t commit to anything. She just completely ignored our request for help in diagnosing a pool heater issue - completely brushed me off. Said their techs don’t carry their phones all the time so she would not call the tech to see what they found during a pool heater inspection. Horrible service.

Been going to Hart's for the past 5 months! Great service always. During this pandemic they have accommodated customers with a drive up service. Water is tested and you can make all your purchases from your car. Staff is always professional friendly while dispensing great pool care info.

I've dealt with Hart Pool & Spa for about 3 years. I have repeatedly found them to be professional, friendly and helpful. In situations where I've had multiple estimates, they have repeatedly come up with better prices or more logical solutions to issues with our pool. The staff there welcomes you into the store and treats you as though you're a friend. They have helped me get our pool looking and running great and I'm thankful they are a Colleyville business.

Highly recommend Hart Pool, I love my new Pebble finish. They did a wonderful job with my pool and its now much easier to maintain. Honest and upfront with all options available along with pros and cons. In addition, great prices on chemicals. Thank you Brad and the team.

Highly recommend Hart Pool for equipment services and repair! Pump went out, called Hart and Rebecca scheduled assessment, trouble shooting and repair same day!
Bo and Esau arrived on time, checked everything out and recommended a capacitor replacement as likely cause and first step. And it worked! Total assessment and repair time 30 minutes. They could’ve easily just said pump bad, full replacement and significant costs. But nope, Hart is Customer First Focused and always strives to make only the service and repairs truly needed. I’ll only use Hart Pool for all my pool chemicals, services and repairs!

When the front seal of our aux pump started leaking, again exact diagnosis, brought the pump in, seal changed works like a dream.
I can't say enough good things about every experience I have had there. Awesome people, SHOP SMALL and LOCAL! I love supporting small businesses and these people are a shining example of why you should support small but expert shops . They will take care of you every time.

THIS after a return from a 5 week vacation; the filter element manifold had shattered, and the pool was a disaster, with grandkids coming in a few days. I went to Hart to buy the part, Allen consulted with me on what to do and when, plus he reasembled my filter with the new part, and all of his guidance has been spot on. And his DE price is by far the best deal around. I am almost back to blue now, thanks Hart Team and Allen in particular!!!

What a wonderfully helpful local pool supply and repair shop! They saved us so much trouble, helping us fix up our Polaris 360 right there in person. It ran like a champ again, right after the in-store repair! We learned a lot just chatting during our visit.

I first moved to Fort Worth (far Southwest Fort Worth) at the end of July 2023 into a house with a pool and had no idea how to take care of it. I was looking for a certain brand of chlorine and only Hart Pool carried it. I met Alan there and he explained what I needed to do to take care of my pool. Alan remembered me and my son from the first day we walked in. Every time I have gone back, no matter what is going on with my pool or the questions I ask, they are always there to help. Never once have they seemed or been irritated with me or any other customer that has come in. Even though Hart Pool is located 30 miles from my house, and there are other pool supply stores closer to me, who may or may not have my chlorine brand now, I will only go to Hart. You are always greeted as soon as you walk in and you never leave without the help or supplies you need. Alan (and everyone else there) is truly amazing, friendly and always helpful. They always make you feel welcome. If you need any supplies for your pool, this is the place you need to go!

We called Hart Pool to give us an estimate on a new pool pump. Alan and Rebecca in the office was super helpful and informative, they were able to schedule someone to come out and replace our pump in a very timely manner. Took our pool from green to clean in less than 72 hours. Highly recommend them for your pool needs.

had a very bad experience with this vacuum repair shop.
They kept changing parts and charging me every time, and the vacuum was still not fixed. I already paid around $300, and then they asked for another $100.

In the end, they left my vacuum open and damaged. I took it and left because I felt they were not honest. The vacuum itself costs about $500, and I already paid almost the price of a new one without getting it repaired.

Very disappointed. I do not recommend this place.

My go to spot for anything involving my pool and/or spa. Allen is a great tech and can help you fix anything. The rest of the team is awesome and always happy to help. They also have a huge part selection that makes maintenance easy!
