Beyond impressed with the job that CBD did on our patio plus driveway extension and connecting sidewalk! We received three other bids and decided to go with Dane and his team because we felt this was a locally owned and operated company we could truly trust working on our home.

Right out of the gate we noticed that Dane was professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. He was honest with possible problems that needed to be considered and helped with making decisions that would improve our design. Unlike some of the other contractors he didn’t try to talk us into a larger patio that we can now see would have been a mistake for our smaller yard.

We will definitely reach out to CBD for any future concrete and excavation needs!

Just wanted to share my enthusiastic 5-star review for Dane and his CBD Concrete company. They installed a 20 foot by 20 foot concrete patio outside our back door and everything went smoothly.

During Dane's first visit, he listened to what we wanted and gave us a few options and we went with his recommendation which turned out great. We had a few other contractors come out and they were either on the phone the entire time or just said they would "take care of us" if we agreed to their bid price whereas Dane actually listened to us.

Dane quickly provided his bid which was extremely competitive and provided us with weekly updates as we had to wait several weeks for the city to approve the permit.

Once the permit was approved, Dane said they would arrive between 8:00 - 8:30 a.m. on the agreed upon date and Dane showed up right at 8:00 a.m. and we quickly confirmed what was going to happen that day to make sure we were on the same page. Dane and his crew quickly and efficiently completed everything. You can also tell they made every effort to keep the work area as clean and neat as possible. They also let us put in our son's handprint in a corner of the patio which was a nice touch.

During the entire process, from the initial visit, to the actual date of the project, Dane was always extremely quick to respond to e-mails. Dane is very friendly and personable and really tries to make sure you as the customer are completely satisfied with his work.

If you are looking for a concrete company that is fairly priced, very reliable, and will do a great job, CBD is the company to contact. I'm attaching a few "before" and "after" pictures.

Dane, the owner, was very personable, knowledgeable, and patient in answering our questions on having our driveway taken out and replaced. We were also pleased with his quote.
On the scheduled day, he arrived with his crew on time, the work was completed in his estimated time frame, and the crew cleaned up afterwards.

Dane and his CBD Crew, replace a portion of my driveway. The driveway was damaged due to tree roots that expanded and cracked the concrete. They removed the damaged concrete and dug up the tree roots and replaced the concrete. They did an excellent job, finishing and cleaning up the project. I also had them caulk/seal all the joints in the driveway. The project turned out great. I certainly recommend using CBD!

We recently had our driveway replaced and chose CBD Concrete to do the job. Their price was far below all of the other estimates we received and their work was top notch. Owner Dane Maraki was very easy to work with and he was hands on every step of the project. I highly recommend you don’t chose a concrete contractor until you have Dane review your project and provide you with an estimate.

Dane was easy to work with. I had several, 5-6 bids, on a small job, a backyard patio. Danes bid was very fair. He was by far the most knowledgeable about tedious local codes. I felt that was important so you don’t get in trouble down the road with code enforcement. His crew did quality work and cleaned up well after the job. I wouldn’t hesitate to use again for future projects.

Dane and his team did an outstanding job re‑pouring and expanding our driveway and back patio. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Dane was friendly, extremely patient, and easy to communicate with. His crew was professional, polite, and hardworking. I called Rise the morning after the storm's in Fort Worth after sustaining damage on a rental property. They were on the roof within 2 hours with tarps covering the damaged areas. They have kept me informed during these trying times. They will be my go to for all of our homes. Highly recommended Rise!

We've replaced our roof several times over the years due to hail damage and had used a different roofing company each time. Needless to say, we now know way more about roofing products, the installation process, and various roofing companies than we should. Each roofer selection was specifically based on the type, style, design, and manufacture of the shingle selected at that time and who we considered as the best fit for us.
This last round, we were looking for as permanent of a solution as possible, spending weeks combing through the available options, and meeting with five different roofing companies, discussing everything from asphalt class 4 shingles to metal roofing, and receiving quotes for each. Out of the five roofing companies contacted, Rise Roofing & Construction offered the best products with the best warranties and guarantee, as well as, being competitively priced.
Note that regardless of who you choose, there will be issues that arise as the roofing contractors are only as good as the crews they use. Since we chose to go with a stone coated steel roof, Rise Roofing utilized the most experienced crew at their disposal for the job, and they did a wonderful job. It did take several days to complete as it is a complex roofing system to install but that was noted up front during the consultation phase. Also, we chose not to replace our gutters, which was not really a mistake, but rather a waste of time, as the leaf guards had to be removed, the the gutters themselves, placed on the ground, and then reattached. Needless to say, they were in the way during the roofing process and did get scuffed up during the removal and reinstallation. Our suggestion is to spend the extra few hundred bucks and get new gutters. With that being said, Rise Roofing corrected all of the issues with the gutters, as well as, added another section of gutter over the rear patio to correct issues we would've had with run-off.
At the end of the process, they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves and did a complete walk around with us to ensure our satisfaction. They also supplied before and after pictures via their customer portal.
We hope we don't have to go through this process again, but if we do, we will use Rise Roof & Construction again. they were a pleasure to work with at each step, offer great roofing products at fair and reasonable prices, will sit down with you and discuss the pros and cons of the different roofing systems, will visit the jobsite during the installation process to address any issues or concerns, and will correct any issues that arise prior to job completion. They won't leave you wondering if they come back to correct an issue no matter how small it is.
We highly recommend them!

Joshua sent me pictures of the roof damage, and pictures of the repaired roof. He helped me through the process of dealing with the insurance company, filing a claim, and came back when the adjuster came out. The roofers came out in a timely matter and did a great job. I had some damage inside and outside of my home, and they did a great job of repairing and matching the existing paint. God forbid I will have more damage in the future, but if I do, I will definitely call Joshua at Rise Roofing and Construction.

Have had many roofs repaired while living in hail prone Texas which means I have had the “pleasure” of dealing with several Roofers in the past, some good and others not so. Roger and his team were the best crew that I have worked with by far! The quality of the work was great. Excellent cleanup. Arrived when expected. Completed per the schedule. Addressed all my concerns in an extremely courteous manner. Being a Project manager myself I could see that Roger has mastered this role. His company slogan is accurately worded – “Prepare to be Amazed!”

After this last high winds storm I lost a lot of shingles from my roof. Merlin was at my house immediately after I called him. He had the roof shingles replaced within 2 days. My roof was fixed before the rain hit the next day. I already had my roof fixed while most of my neighbors still had tarps on their roofs. Their roofing companies didn’t repair their roofs for about 2 weeks. Roger the Roofer is definitely a company I would use again.

Very happy with our experience working with Roger the Roofer. Especially Merlin and his crew. We had a terrible experience with a previous roofing company so we had to scramble to find a new roofer. Merlin was able to come out, assess the damage and fix everything within the week. This company is very honest and reliable and they won’t try to upsell you. Highly recommend

Roger and his team did a great job repairing my roof and the squirrel damage on two chimneys. After the work was done, they told us they did s roof "tune-up" free of charge which included painting the roof stacks and adding silicone caulk as needed. Roger is an honest guy and dones great work. Highly recommend!!

I asked Roger the roofer to come look at a some storm damage to my roof in which about 4 shingles were torn off the south side of my roof. I actually got Roger (pictured by the truck) and he came by to give me a quote of $250 bucks to patch it up. The two man crew patched the shingles in about an hour and my house is buttoned up for the next storm. Recommended, but a little pricey, but I guess everything is now.
