Kudos to Roger The Roofer! He recently installed a roof on my home and it could not have been a better experience. From the beginning my insurance company disallowed a new roof. Roger took charge of matters and a new roof was finally approved. It took some time so you may need to be patient. Roger was true his word all the way. When all was done the company had driveway and sidewalks power washed and windows washed. It was all excellent. I highly recommend using Roger The Roofer!

I am extremely pleased with our work done by Roger the Roofer. Merlin House was our project manager and he kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. With in 6 days of talking with Merlin he had our new roof on and he and Roger took care of absolutely everything with our insurance carrier. Made my life easy. When we needed some other repairs to the house due to a March 4th windstorm, Merlin came through for us and found us a great contractor at a great price. Thanks Merlin and Roger for everything. Highly recommend this company.

My roof was damaged by a storm last spring and Roger’s company was highly recommended from an extended family member.

My project manager, Merlin, has made this process so easy. He has gone above and beyond from checking in, touching base to confirm details, and being present while the work was completed.

He and his team have been incredibly professional, were on time, did everything they said and more. I was honestly surprised at the variety of services they were able to provide from roof repair, replacing gutters, tacking some rotting wood on my chimney and more.

Would highly recommend to anyone out there needing a Roofer in the DFW area.

We recently moved into a house with a new roof but no gutters. I reached out to Roger, and he was out here the very next morning for measurements. We had new gutters put up within 2 days. The whole process was quick and smooth and the work is well done.

I'm very happy with the service I've received from the Roger the Roofer team the past several days. I had a surprise roof leak in my attic that I'd discovered when changing my A/C filters during a rainstorm. I called on a Saturday and got a return call in minutes from Blair. I had every question answered (and there were many) during the process with very quick response times. On top of the leak repair, I went ahead with the full roof tune-up where other potential issues were mitigated. Definitely delivered some peace of mind.

When time comes for the unavoidable roof replacement, I'll be giving Blair a call.

He was extremely responsive to the need, determined the cause, and the next day, his team completed a roof tune-up. His team was courteous and professional. I recommend them for your roofing needs.

Blair and Roger the Roofer are a wonderful and reputable company to work with. We went through just about everything imaginable during our hail damage claim, and Blair held our hand through it all! It took an entire year of battling with our insurance company -including appraisal process and an umpire decision-but we finally have the beautiful Class 3 impact-resistant shingled roof we deserved from the start.

He was forthright and transparent through the entire process. No hidden costs. No up sell. Roberto, his foreman, and the crew were pros and the roof looks great. Had a great experience with our Project Manager, Blair Woodruff. She stopped by within a day of our call and then returned on the next rainy day to help diagnose the problem. We agreed to do their roof tune up program and also had our original plastic roof vents replaced with more robust metal fixtures. The whole experience was really positive. We couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience.

The team we worked with was great. Brian our project manager was very timely in responding to our requests and easy to work with. Onsite Jonathon and Daisy were great at keeping us informed. The whole team, including Roger, cared about the work and were very attentive. We would be happy to use them again.

Roger’s team replaced our roof after a hailstorm. Brian Crowson was our project leader and did a great job respectfully working with our insurance adjuster to get all the damage repaired. They stand by their warranty. 4 and a half years later one of the roof vent turbines started squeaking. Brian came out and fixed the issue at no cost.

First of all, I must say I am not a person that does reviews. But this is one I must give.

My insurance company approved my roof to be replaced over a year ago. I had so many pushy roofing companies knocking on my door, many promising they could get around my deductible. Knowing that is illegal made me question not only their integrity, but it also caused me to wonder if I could actually trust them to do a quality and trustworthy job. Two friends of mine in Colleyville highly recommended Roger the Roofer, who put a new roof on each of their homes.

Juston came out, answered all my questions and basically educated me so that finally I felt a peace and confidence to move forward. I felt sure they would do a good job. I have to say they far exceeded my expectations. Juston sent me updates and pictures all through the process. The Class IV shingles and the beautiful high profile ridges, extra 2” drip edge all around the house, the quality synthetic felt underlayment, adding extra vents for a cooler attic that the previous roofer failed to do as well as pulling off old materials that should have been removed last time, wider gutters that will facilitate better drainage were just some of the extras that he included at no additional charge. After the job was done, he even had professional power washing on the driveway and walkways and window cleaning! I really was blown away as well as incredibly thankful!

Reviews are not my thing, but hopefully, others will read this and understand why I went ahead with this review.
Recently, I had high winds, and my roof was peeled back. I called my Allstate agent and was told to call Merlin at Roger the Roofer. He came out and assessed my roof and told me it could be repaired. He repaired my roof, and I could not be happier. The cost was minimal, and my worry is now a thing of the past. He's coming back soon to replace the whole roof. If you're looking for honesty and integrity, you will not find a better company to work with. In my opinion, they are a steller roofing company.

I was very impressed with Roger the Roofer. They said they would be here at 7 and they were here earlier coving everything up. Did a fantastic job and cleaned up after that you didn’t know they were there. Would highly recommend them! The roof looks awesome. Tom showed us pictures of the roof as it progressed!!

There is no better roofing company in the DFW metroplex. Juston provided top quality craftsmanship & service. His knowledge and expert crews were amazing. My roof was damaged by a hailstorm. Almost every home in my neighborhood had their roofs replaced. I had so many contractors come by and knock on my door offering to inspect my roof. I held out because I could see the quality of the many contractors working the neighborhood, and I wasn’t impressed. I called Juston at Roger The Roofer because I used him several years ago to patch my roof in places. His crew was extremely detailed. They covered my whole pool to prevent any debris falling into it, as well as shrubs. I even got an upgrade tier on my shingles at no extra cost. Not only was my roof replaced, but my gutters (which were also upgraded to 6”), and a chimney cap were also replaced and covered by my insurance. Juston handled all the claims. All of the other contractors he used were superb. And by other contractors, I’m referring to the gutter crew and the bonus crews after the completion of the job. Juston had my exterior windows cleaned and my concrete walkway, sidewalk, and driveway power washed, as well as a magnate pull throughout the yard to pick up any metal like nails. All at no extra cost! I was amazed, and you will be amazed as well. Call Juston he’s your guy that will treat your home the way you want to be treated.

Roger is great! He gave me a quote over the phone, I was happy with the amount, and scheduled my roof repair on the spot. He sent Jonathan out, who did such fantastic work, and is a really good people person as is Roger. He even removed my old satellite dish and re-shingled. Very good work, very friendly people. I will call Roger for my future roofing needs and recommend to my family and friends. 🤘

Roger the Roofer is the real deal!

I had a leak repair that I needed to fix quickly, and Roger responded immediately and came right to the house. He inspected the situation, and gave me honest feedback and options. Roger then contacted his team and got it resolved the very same day!

Jonathan performed the repair and tune up, and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They both explained everything thoroughly, and I learned several things in the process.
