Stopped up sewer line didn’t stand a chance. Rj was my tech and he was excellent to deal with and very knowledgeable. He definitely knows his stuff and was willing to do whatever it took to get the job done. Dalton showed up with the machine and wasn’t afraid to get dirty to get me all fixed up. From my first call to the office all the way to the completion of the work everyone was great to deal with.

Not a single hiccup, no excuses, just great work from start to finish. These guys were not my cheapest price but being in the construction industry I’m aware that often times you get what you pay for. In the end I feel like I got a excellent deal because of the professional service I received. If I ever need anything done at home I can’t repair myself I’m calling them for sure. After talking to RJ I had a lot of confidence in them as a company. Very easy to talk to and explained everything very well.

A phone call from the dispatcher to alert us that Ryan was in route, who arrived shortly thereafter. He was knowledgeable and decisive in his inspection. He advised us what could be upgraded, and the cost, to better our prevention of possible future problems. He did a wonderful job.

Zach Wooten did a great job replacing old toilets and upgrading my home water filtration system. He’s A+. J.D. Precision Plumbing has done great work for us over the past few years.

What can I say no 10 minutes of waiting through an automated voice through a plethora of options before you can talk to someone . Immediately took my call seriously and gave reassurance . Someone was at my home 20 minutes after I called ( after 6pm I might add ) . Then my technician Ryan hands down best Plummer I’ve had he was clean , mindful , efficient , most importantly he treated my home like it was his !

JD Precision is respectful and quick to come out but overpriced. I had an outdoor water main leak and JD Precision came out and quoted a laughable number to replace my line from the meter to the house going under my driveway. I saved $4800 by going with Bluewater Plumbing and didn’t need to buy a membership. I will no longer call JD Precision.

Harley did a great job. He was on time, courteous, explained my options and completed the repairs on a timely basis for reasonable cost. Highly recommend.

I called them because my normal plumber was busy at the time of my main line backup emergency. The technician was on time and very courteous. However, when I originally called the office “did not have pricing information” which I found hard to comprehend. They were able to inform me that there was a $100 fee to come out and give a price since it was after hours and it was an emergency. I had no issue with the fee as I understood the situation. However, the technician gave me an estimate of $775 to snake a drain (via the accessible clean out). Needless to say I had it done by my regular plumber for $180 the following morning.

Very pleased with the attention to our plumbing issue. Zach was very knowledgeable and explained the situation is easy terms. Upfront pricing and transparency from the start.

Would recommend Zach for any plumbing job.

You pay what you get for. In this case, we had quality service with quality product. Zach is very competent and personable. I had a very pleasant experience with Precision specifically Zach. Zach arrived on time, took his time and finished the job completely. If you are looking for bare bone prices don't call Precision but if you are looking for quality call Precision, Thank you.

We had great service from Brice. Brice was knowledgable about the tankless water heater. He diagnosed the problem we were having and took care of us. We were very pleased with JD Precision plumbing and their plumber Brice. We will call JD Precision when we need any future plumbing help.

Had one of their plumbers come out to check out my water meter. The city told me it was my side that was leaking. Their plumber ran a $200 leak test and told me it wasn’t leaking. The test supposedly came back that I was leaking free. Later, I told my husband what was done and said. He went to look at the water meter before covering it up with dirt. He ran his hand along the pvc pipe and noticed water was leaking. We called JD Precision Plumbing and explained to them that there is a leak and the test that was done wasn’t right. The supervisor on the phone asked if it could wait till Monday, mind you this happened on a Friday and my husband checked it when he got home around 5:30 pm. He didn’t want to send the plumber back that evening or the weekend because he didn’t want to pay overtime. Those were his words. So we scheduled for Monday. After that aggravating call I called a different plumbing company and they fixed the leak the next day on a Saturday. So I was out $200 something dollars for a leak test that was false. Not using this plumbing company again.

We have been a customer for some time now and JDP has come through for us time and time again. Recently we had a water valve fail at our washing machine. David came out same day and got us fixed up. Then, while we were away a pipe in the wall started spraying. David was back out here first thing this morning and has worked really hard to find the leak and fix it. He graciously worked through the laundry room wall as to not have to break out the wall in our new kitchen. He has been a joy to work with: professional, courteous and he knows his stuff. Thank you for helping us in two very recent times of real need.

Zach was incredibly conscientious as he went methodically through all of our plumbing fixtures after he descaled our tankless water heater. Plus he was excellent with our Great Dane. Zach was professional and very friendly. He's a real asset to JD Precision

There is not a better plumbing company in the area! JD Precision is both high quality and trustworthy. I know nothing about home repairs and they never try to do unnecessary repairs, upsell, etc. But if there’s a big problem - they stay until the job is done. They do offer preventative work but aren’t pushy about it. I’ve done a hot water heater, two problem toilet replacements, and a sink disposal. All excellent experiences. Friendly, professional, and high quality work.

I had this company come out to give me a quote for removing two bidets toilet seats, installing standard toilet seats, and unhooking my washer and gas dryer. My home is a five years old David Weekley, yet the technician told me that my water shut‑off valves were “too old” and needed to be replaced before they could remove the bidets. I declined before even getting the quote for it.

I was then quoted $375 to unhook the washer and gas dryer, which is far higher than anything I’ve ever been charged for similar work. The whole interaction felt predatory, and I was left with the impression that if I had agreed to all their suggested work, the total would have easily exceeded $1,000.

I called another plumbing company. They completed all the work in under 30 minutes for $250 total.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. The pricing felt unreasonable, and the attempts to add unnecessary work were very concerning.

In my previous response I forgot to mention the service tech Vincent Greene.
This guy is awesome, outstanding and phenomenal and should be given a raise. Seriously Vincent is worth it and a credit to JD Precision Plumbing. From start to finish and three jobs you’ve had with me he was so customer oriented.

Andrew is the best in The Woodlands and likely the best plumber I now know. Sorry to everyone else but the truth prevails. That is, I have lived in multiple places and have had multiple properties with plumbing issues. He gets it and comes up with real solutions immediately. How I found him was purely God. He finishes what he starts the same day! He gets old and new plumbing. He is creative and explains it all. He is now a friend. Great experience! We have a good one here. Don't go anywhere else! This is not our first time using JD Precision and it won't be our last! This company is phenomenal all around. From scheduling to the field techs, they are professional, responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. They deliver quality at a fair price that comes with the peace of mind in knowing that the installation and products are going to last. Our home isn't just a place to live, it is also an investment.
